5. Miracle

We cannot forever hide the truth about ourselves from ourselves.
Despite of who we are, from we are,
We still have meaning to live.
It's the aftermath of who we become.

He woke up that dawn, sweating crazily.
He became insane now to stay sane.
He looked over his surroundings and calmed down.
He saw Evelyn next to him,sleeping peacefully
He got up to get himself a glass of water.
The day started for him oddly
He went out in search of work again.
He knew he wasn't going to be accepted by looking at his state.
But all he could is try and wish for a miracle.
He walked down the market street and saw people were already awake and opening up their shops.
He walked pass an Old man's shop who sold egg toast in the morning and ramen at evening.
He knows he wasn't acceptable because his fate was always like that.
Though he hesitantly entered the shop and greeted the old man who was busy arranging the eggs.

"H-hhi,

Good Morning; the shop's not open yet.

No! I ....umm...
Came here hoping for you to hire me."

He quickly closed his eyes, after saying that sentence,
He was ready to get scolded. And to be kicked out.

Seeing the young boy like that, the old man chuckled.

Slowly he opened his eyes,
to see the old man;
taking out a boiled egg
and passing it to him.

"You can start from evening."

He was thunderstruck , he didn't know he'd be accepted.
He was in joy,
He started to bow down repeatedly, and muttering "thank you"again and again.
He started to jump and made his way back home, eating the boiled egg on the way.

Jungkook saw Evelyn sitting on the floor, doing nothing.
He went beside her, and sat down.
Evelyn lifted her head, and muttered
"Good Morning"
"Good Morning to you too
How are you feeling?"

"I'm good, thanks to you."
Evelyn missed Valerie, but whats done is done, and now all is left for her is to forget and move on.

Jungkook took Evelyn and sat her on the tool.
And started to comb her hair,which was a bit messy.
While jungkook continued what he was doing, he was also in deep thought.
He couldn't manage to think that he was accepted.

"Hired."

He was in awe,
'How,just how could this miraculous thing happen.

Was it perhaps mother?
Was it mother from the dream who saved me from drowning???

He just couldn't shook it off the thought.
He was wondering,
This day started for him oddly with that terrifying awful dream.
It couldn't get anymore worse right?
It was surprising that he got a job too

Did this mean mother saving me from drowning in blood,
Was saving my life in the real world?
But why?

Why did he appear in the last though??
Why did that beast appear in my dream?

It is indeed very confusing!
Hope I can figure it out.

"I love you mother"
" Forever and always"
