Elizabeth POV:

We sat on top of the roller coaster called the Cyclone as we watched policemen and agents show up. We were quiet and exhausted.

"Tony's going to be proud of you, you know." I said turning to Peter, he turned and smiled softly.
"Elizabeth, I'm sorry about what I said, I didn't mean it I just, I-"
"Peter, I know, Tony told me," his eyebrows raised in surprise.
"Really? So, can we hang out with each other again?"
"Yeah." I said causing a big smile to stretch across his face.
"I missed you, Lizzy," he said quietly without making eye contact, I felt my cheeks turn red, and i smiled at the use of my nickname.
I giggled, "It was only like two days,"
"Yeah but I really like hanging out with you,"
I smiled and placed my hand on his.
"I really missed you too Peter."
He looked up at me and we stared at each other, are faces only inches apart. Peter leaned forward, closing the space between us, we were centimeters apart when my phone buzzed startling us both.
Peter sat up and ran his fingers through his hair and laughed nervously. I picked up my phone to see Tony's name.
"I should answer this,"
"No yeah, yeah you should." Peter said nervously as I accepted the call.
"Hello,"
"Hey just wanted to check in, how's the dance going?"
"Oh um, I'm actually not at the dance,"
"Where are you?"
"I'm with Peter," I said nervously, Tony was silent for a moment making my heart pound.
"You're at Coney Island aren't you?" he paused and sighed, "I'm glad you're safe, I'm coming to pick you up, okay?"
"Okay," With that I hung up and looked at Peter. "He's coming to get me."
"Oh," he paused, looking disappointed.
I smiled looking at his homemade suit, made of sweats and a jacket.
"You're going to need a new suit," I said as I looked at the torn and dirty suit, he laughed looking down at his suit.
"I don't know if Mr. Stark will give me one after today." Peter rubbed the back of his head and his smile faded away. I could see the sadness on his face, I looked in the distance to see Tony flying towards us.
"I don't know about that," Peter looked at me, his eyes studying me. "You're a hero Peter, and I know he'll see that."
I stepped close to Peter, who was all dirty from the fight, and put my lips to his cheek, he turned red at the touch.
Soon Tony arrived, "Alright let's get you home," Tony said as he hovered in the air holding out his hand. I grabbed his hand and stepped up on the rail.
"Bye Peter,"
"Bye Lizzy."
Tony nodded at Peter and then I gathered the darkness and we flew home.
