I'm actually quite nervous right not.Today's thanksgiving and I'm scared outta my mind right now.Im pregnant by somebody that isn't my boyfriend and I'm about to meet his family.
"Kayla" Ms.Joyce said
"Yes" I said stirring the greens one good time
"I need you to check the macaroni and cheese" Ms.Joyce yelled walking up the stairs
"Ok" I mumbled opening the oven and taking out the macaroni and cheese"
"Kayla I'll watch the food you need to get dressed" Chris said walking to me
"Ok" I shrugged and walked out the kitchen

I was sitting on the couch playing with Justice
"Kay Kay" Justice clapped
"Justice" I clapped back
"Bad ass lil Justice" Ayanna laughed "you was just crying Justice,you bounce back quick"

"You ready to meet the family" Ayanna cooed
"Honestly no" I shook my head "I'm a bit nervous"
"Shit you need to be the family is very judge mental and they think they own everyone" Ayanna said rolling her eyes
"So they basically like Chris" I questioned
"Yeah pretty much" Ayanna shrugged
The doorbell rung and Ayanna got up to answer it.I walked upstairs with Justice and played with her for a lil.
"Kayla" Chris yelled from the bottom of the stairs
"Yes" I said walking to the top
"You coming down" he asked
"Not right now" I said walking back to the room

I knew Kayla was nervous as hell.I mean it was pretty obvious to the people who know her like my mom,Ayanna,me,squirm and veto.I knew her and Justice had to be sleep because nothing keeps Justice from coming downstairs to tell my mom she hungry,her greedy ass.
"Time to eat" mama yelled from the kitchen
We ran to the dining room and I sat right infront of the turkey.See the person who sits infront of the turkey gets to get whatever part they want and I want that leg.
"Chris move" My cousin Leah yelled
"This seat is for someone,if I wasn't saving it for somebody I would let you sit here" I answered
"I hate sitting next to aunt mabel"Leah whispered
Sitting next to Mabel is the worst.She ask too many questions
"Ok let's say grace" I said "cause I'm ready to eat"
"How we gon eat without Ayanna,Kayla and Justice" Mama said side eyeing me
"My bad I'll go get them" I said standing up
"Fuck you Chris you wasn't gonna come get me" Ayanna said rubbing her eyes
"Language" Aunt Mabel said

I came back down with Justice in my hands and Kayla was coming
"Kayla coming" I said
Kayla came walking in behind me wiping her eyes because she was laughing so hard she started crying.
