minho walked to his locker, jisung already at his own locker and minho noticed felix standing next to him.

"oh, hi felix" minho said, surprised to see the other boy. felix's classes were usually at the other side of the school, so they didn't see each other that often anymore.

"hi minho!" felix said happily.

jisung glared at minho. "so i ain't getting a hi?" he asked, faked wiping tears from his cheeks.

"hi to you too, dumbass" minho said, trying to open his locker.

"wow, you're always so nice to me" jisung said, felix laughing at the two boys.

minho ignored him and tried to open his locker. "why does this never work..." he said, struggling with it.

"good morning, minho!" he heard someone saying behind his back. he turned around, and saw misa walking past them, waving at him and smiling.

"morning" he said, but misa had already walked away.

"uh minho, who was that?" jisung asked, him and felix both looking at the girl who had just walked past them.

"oh, some girl from biology class" minho said, hitting his locker and it finally opening.

"so why was she flirting with you?" jisung asked. minho's eyes widened and he let out a puff.

"flirting? what the hell? she isn't flirting with me" minho said, taking the books he needed out of his locker.

"yes she was, but whatever makes you sleep at night i guess" jisung said. minho rolled his eyes and pushed his locker shut.

"you're dumb" he said and started walking away from them.

"see you at lunch!" jisung shouted, minho lifting his arm and flipping him off.

"y'all are just something else" felix said and left to the other direction with a chuckling jisung.

minho and jisung had been close friends for a long time. they were always bickering, but it was never anything serious. minho can't stay mad at jisung even though he wanted to.

once minho's math class was over, he went straight to the school cafeteria. he already saw jisung and felix sitting at a table farer away from him. he got his food and then went to sit down with the other two.

they were talking about some random stuff, minho joining the conversation and eating his food happily. he had been super hungry; he slept past his alarm in the morning and didn't have time to eat anything.

"hey, can i sit with you?" someone said, and they all turned their heads to the direction where the sound was coming from.

it was misa. she was standing there with her tray of food, smiling at the boys.

"um, sure misa" minho said, taking his bag away from the chair next to him. misa sat down on the chair, receiving weird looks from felix and jisung.

"i didn't have time to properly introduce myself to you guys yet; i'm misa!" she said, smiling at jisung and felix. the two boys were looking at him, looking confused, jisung's mouth still full of food. jisung quickly chewed his food and swallowed it before answering.

"i'm jisung" he said.

"hi misa, i'm felix" felix said, smiling at the girl.

"nice! are you minho's friends?" she asked. minho was poking at his food. he felt so awkward at the situation.

"yes, we are" felix said. "and you're in the same class as him, right?"

"yes, in biology. we're friends now!" misa said.

"we are?" minho said quietly, the other not hearing him.

"minho was so nice to me, he helped me with an exercise" misa said, putting his hand on minho's shoulder. minho lifted his gaze up from his tray, smiling awkwardly with his mouth full of food.

"misa, are you coming to sit with us?"

they all turned their heads on their right, where the sound was coming from, and saw hyunjin, standing there next to their table, with a tray of food on his right hand. minho's eyes widened.

"oh, right. it was nice to meet you guys!" misa said and got up from the chair. she took her tray and flashed a smile at minho before leaving to another table with hyunjin.

"that was weird" jisung said, the boys watching them sitting down at a table with changbin and chan, hyunjin's good friends.

"i don't know why she's suddenly hanging around me" minho said.

"what a weird group of friends" jisung said, stuffing food into his mouth.

"i don't like them" felix said.

"oho, what is this? felix not liking someone?" jisung asked.

"they just..." he started, "they're the 'popular trio' who are, kind of super annoying and still, everyone likes them. especially that changbin guy. he keeps bothering me in english class for no reason" felix said, glaring at their table.

"i get it" minho said with a pout on his face, thinking about how hyunjin's been glaring at him these past days.

"i'm done. see ya around" jisung said, getting up from his chair.

"see you" the boys said to him, as he waved his hand and left the table.

soon after that, minho and felix left the cafeteria together. they were walking through a hallway, getting closer to their next class.

minho frowned slightly, as he saw hyunjin walking on the other side of the hallway. minho thought he was just passing by, but it really looked like he was walking towards them.

"why is he coming here" felix whispered to minho in a panicked tone. minho shushed him and the said boy, hyunjin, stopped right in front of them. felix and minho stopped on their tracks, lifted their heads up and looked at him.

"can i help you?" minho asked him.

hyunjin smirked slightly. "yes you can, actually" he said. felix looked nervous next to the other, minho trying to keep eye contact with the taller boy.

"and that is?" minho asked.

"you're lee minho, right?" he asked.

"yes?"

"meet me at the front of the school today, at 6pm" hyunjin said.

minho looked at him straight in the eyes with a questioning look. minho must admit, hyunjin's glare felt kind of intimidating.

felix's eyes widened. "excuse me, who are you to-"

"no it's fine, felix" minho said. he glared at hyunjin, before grabbing felix's hand. "come on" he said and walked past hyunjin, pulling felix with him.

minho was walking fast, felix almost jogging behind him.

"minho, slow down" felix said as he almost stumbled behind him. minho slowed down a bit, felix moving to walk next to him.

"what are you gonna do? what if he does something to you?" felix asked.

"i'll just not go" minho said, shrugging his shoulders.

"are you sure he's gonna like that?" felix asked, looking a bit worried.

minho smirked. "if he doesn't like it, that's not my problem" he said. "let's see what the asshole can do about it."
