They have a bone in their foot that wasn't there before. Instead of an extra arm they have an extra bone. Not as exciting but still a quirk
Also Midoriya is the best jumper in 1-A, besides Asui of course. It's cause he has the little bone. It makes his foot bendier (is that a word? It is now) and what not. So he manages to jump higher.
Bakugo is mad at him cause he beat him in high jump that one time when quirks weren't allowed. Just saying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
