Terrence POV

I told Fred what happened on the last day of school and he was obviously not pleased with the scandal

It wasn't a pretty story

"I knew Aimee wasn-"

"Don't mention her name" I said low key infuriated

Fred chuckled a little

"Sure ...I knew she was a douche but that was beyond" he said

"I know, I couldn't believe she did that too, what's worse is how I reacted" I sighed

"I'm loss of words ...Lord knows what I'll do when Phillip-"

"Nah it's cool bro" I shook my head

"He deserves a few punches in the face" Fred said sitting upright on his bed

"Nah just leave it" I said "it's not worth"

Fred stared at me

We went silent for a minute. I was copying some movies to my mom's phone while he remained seated on his bed

"So who got you out of the rain again?"

The girl's face flashed once again in my mind, I hate to admit but I couldn't stop thinking about her after the incident

I haven't mentioned this to anyone

She was the reason I seemed to be zoning out more often, so much I made my sister worried

Resa thought I still hadn't gotten over that day. In true sense I hadn't, the only part I hadn't gotten over was the part where that girl showed up

She literally saved me, I don't know how'd I'd have gotten out of there if she hadn't pulled me away from everyone

That girl was an angel

Why couldn't I like somebody like her?

She seems to be a good person

We just met a few times and she helped me

Why'd she do that

I had so many questions, we barely knew each other and yet she was the one out of everyone who helped me that day

"Dude" Fred brought me back to earth

" ... A girl from Form 1" I mumbled

"Looks she's quite a catch if you zoned out immediately like that" Fred said looking interested

I glared at him and he laughed

"Do I know her? I prolly do I'm sure I-"

Suddenly I started getting agitated with where he was heading with that sentence, I cut him before he finished it

"Nah you don't... She's not your type"

"Sure?" He looked like he didn't believe me

"Yea"

I checked the time on my phone it read 16:37

It was time to head home, I stood up sliding my phone in my pocket

"It's getting late I gotta bounce"

"Lemme push you out" he said getting off his bed

I nodded

We both made our way out of his room and got downstairs finding ourselves in the living room, we found a girl around our age and a little girl laughing

"Hey Daisy" Fred's eyes shone as soon as he saw the girl

Here we go again

"Hey" Daisy grinned at him
