As a seed sown into the vasty field,
A flower grows in desires doesn't yield.
An odd, wild and outcast among the rest,
The little blossom is trounced with a test.

In the early stages she doesn't gleam,
Till the first few buds unfolded to beam.
Relentlessly, the bees serenade her,
Meanwhile the butterflies around flatter.

She would never have thought of being liked,
For the she before was always disliked,
Not even the crickets would dare make sound,
Too afraid to be devoured with the ground.

Amidst the hopelessness there's always light,
Growing isn't about facing a plight.
Every moment is not monotonous,
For drastic change comes as anonymous.

Every one of us should learn how to wait,
For each of us has its own decreed fate.
