Deceived
Each time I remember a past with you.
Each time the words echo like lullabies.
I cannot help but to recall the lies
You once fed me when I was feeling blue.
Every step I take is growing heavy,
I cannot move on when I am like this,
When I get used to live by your promise.
So I'll try to forget the memory.
But I will always bear you in my mind.
I have sworn to keep you inside my heart
Wish I'd be there even if we're apart.
We were once lovers as I rewind.
Dully, I lived believing I was loved.
You have left me without any traces.
My once burning love has turned to ashes.
I had thought I was blessed from above.
Those crying days are over; tears are dry .
I'm back. I'll spread my wings and fly the sky.
