it was raining heavily.

mark frowned as he went to close his bedroom window, seems like there'd be no talking to donghyuck today.

then again, donghyuck had disappeared after they had split up to enter their respective homes, and that was hours ago.

he glanced at donghyuck's window. it was still open, and his room was getting wet. he took out his phone to text the younger.

he saw the door open, and finally— finally— beautiful angel boy (also known as donghyuck) walked in.

"donghyuck!" he greeted, all smiles. how could he be sad if donghyuck was there?

said boy looked dejected.

oh, that's how. mark frowned.

"what's wrong?" he leaned out the window in an attempt to get closer to the younger.

the brunet shook his head with a sigh, "it's nothing..."

it clearly wasn't nothing, but they weren't close like that, and mark felt like he had no right to push it.

mark coughed, "homework? call instead of talking through the rain?"

donghyuck let a small smile draw upon his face and nodded as he pulled his window shut.

mark felt starstruck at that small upturn of his lips. his phone rang.
