“Haibara!” he shouted as he glared at her.
She did not answer. He felt annoyed even more. He took giant strides towards her.
“What about us?” he barely whispered. “You’re just gonna forget everything and leave?”
He looked at her in the eyes, his blue orbs trying to read her cerulean ones. It was beyond his comprehension. Her face showed no signs of any emotions.
“W-why?” his voice cracked.
She looked down, not really wanting to meet his inquiring eyes. “Sorry, Kudo-kun. I’ve already decided.”
