"Jinnie." Beomgyu called her as she looked back at him.

He looked at her and smiled.

"Nothing, just goodnight." he said, still smiling.

Don't give me that smile.

"Goodnight to you too." she answered with a smile.

Ryujin was expecting him to leave after that but he approached her.

"Beom-" he cut her off with...

Her heartbeat started to rise.

"Bye Jinnie goonight." he said and ran off leaving Ryujin frozen.

She held her heart.

"Argh, I'm so tired." Beomgyu groaned. "I'll go to my room now."

"Mhm, you're not." Taehyun stopped him from going to his room.

"Why? I want to sleep." he whined.

"Sit." Taehyun ordered.

"I'm not a dog." he attempted to walk away again but Taehyun stopped him.

"What do you want?" he gave up and let Taehyun drag him to the living room.

"Again, what do you want?" Beomgyu asked.

"You like Ryujin right?"

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Beomgyu said closing his eyes.

"Hyung, I saw you making a move at the court earlier."

"Making a move? What, no."

"You keep on denying it but your actions says otherwise." Taehyun tsked.

"Why do you always mention her name? Do you like her?" Beomgyu fixed his position.

"What if I say yes?"

Beomgyu's eyes widen at his answer.

"What?! Are you serious?!" he whisper shouted.

He did not respond.

"TAEHYUN!"

"You're so funny Beom." he said while laughing at him. "Denying that he doesn't like Ryu but reacting like that." he said smirking.

"Look Beom, I don't like Ryu. I just did that so I can see your reaction. And that answered my question, you like her."

"What are you talking about Tae? I'm so lost." Beomgyu said.

"I don't know if you're just acting dumb or stupid or both." Taehyun shook his head.

"Beom, you act different around her. We have been friends for 4 years. I know how you act. You're also acting like that when you—"

"Don't finish that sentence."

"Okay I won't. But Beom, you like her right?"

"Okay fine." He sighed. "Yes I like Jinnie. I like Ryujin, but what's the point. I just met her a month ago." Beomgyu messed his hair in frustration. "We're just friends and I think she just thinks of me that way."

Taehyun leaned his back at the couch.

I knew it.

"Why won't you try?" Taehyun motivated him.

"Why would I?"

"Because I think it could work out."

"How? Why? What do you mean?" Beomgyu bombarded him with questions.

"Ryu is the kind of person who is friendly, talkative, bubbly, cute. She's easy to be friends with too. In fact you are her first friend here in Seoul, that's a plus. You guys understand each other without trying right? You guys are so similar to each other."

"So you're basically saying that I have a chance on her?"

"Yes."

Beomgyu sighed.

"Just be you Beom. You can do it." Taehyun gave him a smile. "Goodluck." he patted his back and left the living room.

Beomgyu was laying down in his bed, still thinking about what Taehyun told him.

Do I really like her already?

When Beomgyu first met her, he already admired her. He doesn't know why but he thinks she's different in a good way. Maybe that's the reason he liked her.

"It's been a long day, but it's fun since I'm with you." he said, smiling like an idiot. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes.
