The Patient and The Doctor

In was now morning in the area where Ryder and the pups camped out,the sun was shining,birds were chirping,almost all the animals in the jungle are awake.

Ryder was the first one to wake up, among the group and was headed to the site were all of them had eaten last night,followed by Robo-Dog,his personals robotic assistant."Guess we'll prepare everyone's breakfast,huh?"he said followed by a long yawn and some stretches,Robo-Dog on the other hand had brought a mini stove out of the paw patroller, with breakfast ingredients carried by Ryder.

"So how,about making an omelette
rice,sounds good?"Robo-Dog bark in response,after that they have started cooking,Robo-Dog started the stove and putted the frying pan,and added some oil,and Ryder began slicing some onions,garlic and etc.,as Robo-Dog  started beating the eggs,and added some pepper and salt.

Ryder started pouring the egg in the pan,while adding in some few seasonings."Smells good Robo-Dog,pls go prepare the plates for everyone."Robo-Dog did what was said to him,and started preparing everyone's plates.I think we're almost done,I just need to add the rice."Robo-Dog bark in response.

Minutes gave past,and Ryder is finally done with his life changing dish,after preparing everything,he grabbed a metal bowl,and a stick and tapped it,signaling that it was time to wake up and breakfast was ready.

Then in just a flash Rubble was the first to wake up,and was beside his pup bowl,begging for the food to come,he was followed by 6 yawning pups.

"Hey,pups,Carlos,come on eat up,before it gets cold."

"Wow,Ryder,you made omelette rice,mucho deliciouso."Tracker said delighted by the dish,Ryder replied with a thanks.

"Yeah,it's so delicious."Rubble said with a mouthfull,earning a laugh from everyone.They just sat there,in their camp site enjoying their meals as they chat about various things.

"So,pups,after this you can go and play,cause we'll be leaving this afternoon."Ryder said as he eats his meal.

"Awww,why leave so soon Ryder?"Carlos asks,curious about the sudden announcement.

"Mayor Goodway,said that theres gonna be an event in Adventure Bay,and I think she needs our help,she didn't give me much detail though.?

"Oh,ok, guess we'll come at that event,just call us if it starts."Carlos replied,earning a nod from Ryder,

After that everyone had finished eating breakfast,and began enjoying their limited time at the jungle.

Marshall's POV:

After everyone disperse from the campsite where we ate,we each started doing the things we want to do.I was planning on helping Tracker and Carlos take some animal pictures,until I notice that Chase was walking unsteady under a tree,and immeadiately layed down,I was about to go,the memory from last night still,hasn't left me,until a cough caught my attention,and the cough was  coming from the laying shepherd.

I made up my mind to check on him,but a part me was nervous,because I might start some awkward conversation again,because of last nights scenery.

Just help him,Marshall,you're the EMT pup,it's you're job to help a sick person or pup.I mentally said to my self.

I was now only a few paw steps away
from him and I decided to talk as I come closer,"Hey,umm,Chase,are you okay?"he immediately raised his head,his caramel brown eyes are staring directed into mine,I can feel my heart beating fast,"Oh,yeah,I'm fine,Why?"he replied,followed by a few coughs in each word he makes,that's why I didn't believe him,"Really?Cause to me you sounded a little hoarse."I said with worry in my tone,"No,I'm just a little pup,"he joked,sarcastically,we both laugh,but he was stopped by another hard cough,"Are you really ok?Chase."I say as I got close to him,putting my paw in his forehead,"Chase,you're burning hot,I think you had a fever,you need to rest,at a warm place!"I continued with concern in my voice,yet he still managed to laugh,"What's so funny?"I ask a bit annoyed,"Nothing,it's just,I've always like this side of you,where you show concern to you're patient and how you treat them till they get better,I've always been fond of that,thanks Marshall,for caring,"he stated,I instantly blushed by that compliment,and turned around so thaf he wouldn't notice,"Thanks,Chase,no one ever said that to me,"I replied smiling,what he said really warmed my heart,"Come on,let's get,you to the paw patroller,where there is a  heat conditon,and some warm blankets,I'll help you get there,"I continued,the blush on my face has now disappeared,and earning another thanks from him,"Can you walk?"I ask him,"I..t-think so."he said trying to stand up,but instantly fell down,"So,guess not?"I say a little,chuckle escape my mouth,"It's ok,I'll carry you,youre not that heavy."then after that,he went on my back,carrying him,like giving a piggy back ride,"Thanks again Marshall,I owe you one."then after that he slowly closed his eyes,and slept on my back,his fur was now brushing against my backfur,I could feel his heat transferring into mine,and those words from him,I could listen to it all day,he even complimented me,
