Her body lay lifeless, her H/C hair spread out around her beautiful, pale face like a halo. Her beautiful eyes stared up at the ceiling in shock, glassy and empty. Her soft, plump, plum-coloured lips were parted slightly, revealing those perfect pearly white teeth.

A scream echoed in my ears, before I realised that it was mine. Tears rolled freely down my face and I ran over to her side.
