"Goblin Rebellions. The time when goblins rebelled. They were tired of being treated like House Elves..." you stared out of the window as Professor Binns droned on and on. You turned around to look at Kitty Pryde. She rolled her eyes at you and you pumped your eyebrows. She clamped a hand over her mouth to stop herself laughing.

"Miss Y/L/N, is there something you would like to share with the class?" you whipped your head around to look at the ghost teacher. You felt all eyes on you as you placed your index finger and middle finger on your left temple and made Binns go back to reading.

"They rebelled in many ways; attacking in armies, stealing and sometimes even murder," you smirked and leaned back.

"Good one! You really aren't shy, are you?" James Potter, school renowned prankster and your desk buddy, leaned over. You blushed and looked down.

It was almost Christmas break and you had developed quite a crush on James. Your cousin, Peter Maximoff (or Quicksilver), had teased you relentlessly after he had arrived at Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor with you. You didn't want to tell him because of your powers. You had the ability to physically kill someone.

You had just started to daydream about the new Danger Room and when you used it when Peter sped into the classroom.

"What do you want, Maximus?" Professor Binns rasped.

"Ok, one: it's Maximoff. Peter Maximoff," he winked at some girls in the front row who giggled. "And two, I want my cousin because Logan wants her because the Professor has arrived and he wants her because he wants to see her use the Danger Room, which she has already done but he isn't listening and he says he has to but some walls up and some shi-" you glared at him "-iz. Shiz." Everyone giggled.

"Right. We'll then, My Cousin, off you go," you stood up as Peter started babbling.

"No no no! Her name is Y/N, but she is my cousin," you walked next to him. "Her name isn't 'My Cousin' it's Y/N. I only called her my cousin because that is how we are related-"

"Maxime, if I wanted to hear rubbish, I would give you a Babbling Potion. So hush and take your cousin," Binns scowled and went back to reading as Peter adjusted his grip on the back of your neck.

"Ya know you're a ghost, right?" Peter asked before speeding off, knowing full well that the poor Professor didn't know.

You put up a wall of discarded metal around you as fire balls rained down on you. Your protective walls had just been put up and you were feeling less tired and your muscles weren't aching anymore. You felt great. You then took all the rubble and discarded parts in the wrecked scrapyard and placed them all in formation of a spike.

James PoV:

I watched through the one way window with Logan, Peter and Professor X as Y/N arranged all rubble and discarded parts in formation of a spike. She then sent them upwards in direction of the gleaming, yellow eyes. We waited a second and then watched as a great, metal had came crashing down and coming to a stop at Y/N's feet. The scrapyard turned into an old Runes classroom.

"Very good, Y/N! I'm surprised! Now, shall we do that again, but this time, let your powers free. Let go, Y/N," Charles Xavier spoke through a microphone in the wall. Y/N nodded at the window and got ready, eyes fixed on the ceiling.

"Ready!" her slightly muffled voice came through the speaker beside me and the ceiling slowly retracted and turned to a clouded, black, night sky. The walls pushed out into darkness and piles of old, mangled and dirty cars, rubble and cloying smoke returned. A pair of small sun's glowed through the clouds.

Y/N took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Her feet started to peel from the floor. Cars started to rattle a little and small stones lifted off of the ground. He hands clenched into fists, her knuckles turning white. As the glowing orbs grew closer, the cars started to lift into the air. Rubble floated around her as her tiptoes left the ground completely. Objects started to orbit around her, getting faster and faster after every heartbeat. My heart rate quickened as I saw Y/N's pupils expand and covered her entire eye. She was three feet in the air when a fire started to form in front of her chest. Her outstretched arms started to tremble and a great robot fell from the sky and started to dissolve to dust, rusting and crumbling until it was no more...

Y/N fell to her hands and knees as the scrapyard turned to the old Runes classroom again. Peter and I burst in. She placed a hand on her heaving chest as her arms and legs gave way, leaving her sprawled on the ground. Logan rushed over to us while the Professor wheeled himself in.

"What's wrong with her?" I borderline yelled at the bald man.

"She is merely exhausted. Peter, can you get her to her dormitory?" he asked in his calming, English accent. I watched as Peter scooped up the unconscious girl and sped out. I stood in my place, feeling helpless and worried. Knowing where Peter was going, I followed his path out of the door.

Bursting into the Common Room, I saw Roxanne and Rose sitting on the couch, giggling.

"Did you see her face? She's meant to be a strong mutant, not an exhausted one!" Roxanne giggled. Her and Rose really didn't like Y/N for some reason. Ignoring their snide remarks and rushing up to the girls dorm, pretend that boys can get in, I saw Y/N lay on her bed, her H/C hair spread around her head like a halo.

I sighed and tucked a strand away from her face. She shifted in her sleep and muttered something.

"James has a cruuush!" I whipped my head around. Colin and Fred stood in the door with matching grins on their faces.

"It's funny cause it's true," I muttered.
