the days go by in a blur. i haven't done something bad in a while now. it's nice, not feeling so alone. calum talked to me about what i was doing to myself. he told me i wasn't alone and he said he'd always be here. he told me he cares and that he knows it's hard for me and that i will always have him and i couldn't have asked for a better friend.

i still miss you, but i think i am getting better. i think i am almost okay again.
