Fern: Papa, it's the truth! I know what I'm talking about!
Mrs. Arable: Fern, stop your nonsense, and finish eating your breakfast, so you can leave for school!
Fern: Fine! *eats her breakfast*
Mrs. Arable: You spend way too much time down at his farm.
Fern: No, I don't. *gets her backpack* See you later. *leaves for school*
