Chapter twenty one: "Remi Rome"

I'm back home with Remi and she's decided that I'm not drunk enough so were drinking Hennessey. "How was you date?"

I laugh, "My date was amazing, I'm someone's piece of ass," we begin to laugh due to the excessive alcohol in our bloodstreams. "Mmm," I sip my drink, "we haven't gotten to catch up, how has your life been in the Caribbean?"

"Oh yes! Um it's been hectic but I love it there, being on tour there was just amazing, I met so much girls, sexy girls but they weren't my type."

"You only have one type," I giggle and hiccup.

"And what would that be," I laugh until I have to catch my breath.

"Me bitch!" I stop and everything gets quiet, "I'm way too drunk,"

We look at each other, "nah."

"So Bei what have you been up to?" I take off my heels and my coat.

"Well you know, work and then actual work, aside from that my life has been peaceful, I'm not sure about Winter, she's hot but she doesn't want a relationship." I frown at my empty glass and fill it again, "I really like her and I know she's gonna hurt me, but she's everything I want,"

"Really?"

"I don't know maybe its just the copious amounts of alcohol were drinking,"

"Wait," she picks up the whole bottle and drinks it, "now were even,"

"That was probably a bad idea," I say and she nods and shuts her eyes tightly.

"Come." We walk to my room and I take off my dress and put on Winter's hoodie. We lay on my bed and I cuddle next to her, "I would have a shower but I'm scared of drowning right now."

She laughs so hard I hear her wheeze, "it's ok I showered for the both of us, go to bed now." "We'll hang out tomorrow when you're not drunk or occupied by Indi," I close my eyes and fall asleep on her chest.

I wake up with a massive headache and my limbs hurt. "Your up," I sit up when Remi walks in, " it's time for you to go to work, that is if your not too shitfaced," I get off the bed and walk over to her then I take her cup of coffee, and go into my bathroom.

"Good morning to you too!" I hear her leave and I groan, great now I'm hungover and I have work, yay.

I drink the cup of coffee, which by the way is delicious, Remi Makes the best coffee I've ever tasted. Then I have a shower and get dressed, a simple baby blue sundress and matching platform boots.I match it with a black leather jacket and put my hair in a ponytail. I grab my bag, my keys and my gun. Lastly I put on the necklace Winter gave me last night, it makes me smile so much.

After that I ran downstairs, "hey I made breakfast, also Zen and I were thinking night club,"

"Thank you, and yes night club is a definite yes." I smile and start eating the pancakes and eggs she made me.

"Bei?" I look at her and she smiles, "um...your gonna be late if you eat that slow."

She hands me some painkillers and a glass of water, I take them, "alright I'm out, Remi please enjoy your time today, maybe go out see the city, I'll be back home soon I hope."

"Just leave already!" Zen says while coming down the stairs. I give him the look and leave the house, I get into my car and drive to work.

Once I'm there I go to Veronicas Office, "Hey Veronica, I'm back."

"It feels like it's been forever, come," I walk over to her while laughing.

"It only been one day." I sit in front of her and she sits on her desk.

There is an awkward silence for some time, "I'm going to Russia with a few girls,"

"Oh that's great," I say

"Uh...I was thinking you should come." I furrow my eyebrows.

"I don't usually go on trips to other countries, it's mostly your thing, I stay here and draw up charts and shít."

"Yeah, but I want you there ok," I nod a smile really wide.

"Honestly I've always wanted to go to Russia in the Winter, I heard it's great."

She laughs, "well I know your size, I'll buy you some clothes to fit the weather over there."

"Yeah I could go shopping for some of them too, just to be cautious," I smile.

"Yeah buy some designer stuff I'll wire you the money," she says.

"Nope, your not doing that, I have cash."

"Well talk about it tomorrow, at lunch, it's my day off too." She smiles and I smile back.

"Okay, um I gotta get to work so I'll see you after lunch when I'm leaving."

"Your leaving after lunch?" She questions, "why?

"Well Miss. Chiles I've got somewhere to go and I don't have much to do today."

"What do I even pay you for?"

"To look cute around the office."

"Hmm, sounds fair enough," I kiss her on the cheek and get to work.

I go to my office and start working, there honestly isn't much to do but if I don't do it today I'll have it on top of more work I'll get. When I'm done working it's basically lunch so I head back up to Veronicas office. "Hey V I'm about to leave, I'll see you tomorrow I guess."

"Ok, bye,"

"Bye,"

I take the elevator to the parking lot and get in my car. Then I drive back to the house, "Kids I'm home!"

"Shut up Bae!" Zen sits watching his movie 'atypical' great movie actually.

"Don't be a dick Zen she's home, we can dress her up for the club," Zen gasps and sits up.

"Oh my gosh yes," he runs over to me and smushes my face with his hands.

"Its not even two yet," I walk past them and Remi lifts me over her shoulder.

"Nooo!" I laugh and hit her back over and over.

She runs with me up the stairs and plops me on my bed.

"Your heavy, just like I like it," she pecs my lips and I smile.

"Don't steal kisses asshole, my sugar mommies will kill you," she raises her eyebrow.

"I am you sugar mommy bitch," I laugh at her

"Sure,"
