Cheer Practice (I hate bets)

I absolutely hate my life. First of all, I lost a bet with Addison meaning I have to participate in her cheer practice and the talk with the werewolves went pretty badly.

"zedske gruzela o" Bonzo said

"Yea that went badly." Zephyr said and Eliza nodded.

"No way we're getting wolf vote now. Might as well give up the entire thing, altogether." I said, dejectedly

"You okay? You sound sad." Jamie told me.

"No! I lost a bet with Addy and now I have to go to her stupid ass cheer practice." I complained, "Speaking of which, I better get going." I said before dashing down the halls. I ran into the gym, my face red. let's just say I'm not the most athletic girl in the world.

"Wendy, your late." Addison said. I looked around the gym

"No one else is here!" I exclaimed

"Yea, but you need to help me set up." I groaned and rolled my eyes before setting up the different trampolines they needed and used magic to move the excess equipment off the floor. The gym started filling up as I continued to use magic to set the entire place up.

"Who invited the freak?" Lacey asked

"I don't know. Who invited you?" I retorted. They looked at me in shock and left me alone. Addy ran to go grab her whistle and we got into a somewhat orderly group when the wolves showed up. When did they get here. Wyatt winked at me and I glared at him, my face was probably a furious red right now.

"Hey guys. I am so fired up to be running cheer practice." Addy said. We all stayed silent and Addy slowly turned around, looking at the wolves.

"Sorry, this practice space is for cheerleaders only." Addy said

"Just try and get us to leave!" Wynter said.

"If you insist." I said before lighting up my hands with silver-infused fire.

"Wynter, some respect." Wyatt said. I glared at the wolves and stepped forward a tiny bit.

"Wendy, stay back. You know you're not supposed to attack anyone with magic." Addy said

"These guys aren't technically people. Zombies are the undead forms of people, still people though. And humans are people. These guys are mutts." I said, glaring at them.

"Wendy, stand down or I'll call the Z-patrol and have them take you." Addy told me. Oh yea, their tasers, that could kill me.

"But Addy, they're tasers could quite literally drain me of magic and destroy me." I told her, and decided to step down. She flashed me a smile and I just rolled my eyes.

"Sorry about her. I want you to stay, join us, show us what you can do." Addy said.

"Fine. You guys have fun, I'm leaving. I'm gonna go help Zed with his campaign." I told Addy.

"But you said-" I cut her off

"I never made a blood oath." I yelled as I left. Why was I mad at the wolves? Well, because of the wolf-sightings, I was kicked out of my own home. My own 'best friend' whom I considered my sister didn't try and stand up for me. Don't get me wrong. Zombie town is great but I still miss my old home. I would be able to walk around in the 'normal side' without people throwing paper balls at me and yelling at me. It could be a lot worse, but still.
