CHAPTER 12: FINDING AASHNA

Sanket's POV:

Everything was okay; Aashna and me were going through the topics to choose from, Aashna seemed kind of annoyed by the girl Neil brought inside so I decided not to trouble her more, but things became complex when the moaning sound came and Aashna lost her cool

The girl though, started talking some shit about her relationship with Neil, I felt sad for her, I don't know why but I did, and I knew she felt hurt as Neil didn't fucking spoke a word

The girl talked about Ava, fuck I don't what's between her and Aashna, but Ava was bitchy, I knew her damn well, Aashna heard way too much and just left, I tried to stop her but she didn't listen to me

Why would she? Who am I to her anyways?

"dude you should have spoken up" I said to Neil

"she considered you as her BEST FRIEND" I tried to make him realize the shit he just did

"you are staying quiet on your friendship for years just for a girl, who you met two days ago and who is a bitch" I said

"excuse me" she said and got up and I showed her the middle finger

"I am not talking to you, I am talking to my friend" I said

"Dude realize what she is making you be" I wanted him to get up and go behind Aashna

"Neil, I am being character assassinated, could you please take a stand" she said getting up

"wait" Neil said

yes finally, he realized she is a bitch and Aashna isn't worth the pain

"sanket, don't get involved in this" he said " and her name is Becca"

I couldn't believe this guy

"the name sounds bitchy too" I said " and shame on you man" before leaving out and looking for Aashna

"let him go, Ava told me, he fucks her too, his own character is fucked up and is lecturing you, what an irony babe" she said

I needed to get myself off of that bitch Ava! Thank god I haven't met her since day one. I looked through the entire campus but I couldn't find her anywhere. FUCK

There were only three places where she could have gone, either to the beach but there are way too many people there from the geography department and she would need some alone time, so no cut the beach from the list

Left with two, the girls washroom maybe? Yes she could be there, but how I could go in there, and there would be others girls in the stall, if she had to cry she wouldn't be there, so no not even the washroom

Leaves me with one place; the auditorium! I opened my Louie to check if there were any classes going on and there weren't.

Damn nerd if you are there, just stay there I am coming

Why I am doing this much of mental effort and hardwork anyways? I don't know if we are friends, if she would need me!

I run to the auditorium and just as I was about to enter, I saw Ava coming from the other aisle; fuck, I didn't want her to know that Aashna was here, she wouldn't leave the chance to trouble her more, so I quickly change my route

"Sanket" she called me out and i stopped walking

"I haven't seen you in a while, we used to have so much fun after schooling got over and its been almost like a week, I have missed it" she said tracing her one finger down my face

"I guess you would need the special alcohol too, didn't your old stash got over, so tell me babe, when can we meet" she said in the flirty voice

yup I was kind of needing to refill my stash, but I got that from Avinash, her friend

"umm sure, can we discuss this later, I am looking for Louis" I said

"surely" she said and kissed me as she laughed and flicked her hair and left

after making sure that she was gone, I go inside the auditorium but she wasn't there as well

I was looking in classes, finding shruti, she can help me, I obviously cant ask that dickhead, so I met shruti in the locker room, she was keeping her books in.

good that means she doesn't have anymore classes

"shruti, I need your help" I said panting, my hands on my knees tired of running around in the entire campus

"umm what happened?" she asked as she closed her locker

"I cant explain here, I will tell you everything on the way, just help me find Aashna" I said

"she wasn't inside the campus for sure, so where else could she be?" I asked, we searched the garden area and other places while I explain what just happened

"holy fuck" she said "we need to find her soon" she said, with clear panic in her voice

"umm can you tell me whats wrong between her and Ava?" I asked

" I am sorry, but I myself don't know much about it, we met here only after 2 years, though I know Aashna made herself very strong after everything" she said

"did you check in the library?" she enquired suddenly

"but no one goes to the library, they have pdf's of all book's in their louies, so why would they go the library?" I asked

"but aashna could be there because its empty" she said stressing on "its empty" making me mentally face plam myself for not thinking of it

"ya damn, library is the perfect place for nerds, why didn't I think of that before?" I said which made her giggle

we reached the library and there she was talking to Louis, I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I heard her trying to talk about changing her dorm, and Louis explained that there is no dorm floor empty

"sir, if you don't mind, she can stay with me" I said both of them turn around and look at me with shock

umm sanket, you took the whole floor just because of no commitments, what has happened to you now!

"until, you can find her a dorm, she can stay with me" I added so that it doesn't sound wrong

"if she is okay with it, I don't mind" Louis said with a smile and left

finally we found her, her eyes were red and puffy, as if she cried her heart out, I just wanted to hug her and tell her that's it okay, but again I wasn't her friend, that's shruti's and that dickhead's job to do, but I decided to keep her happy and distracted for a few days so that she can clear her mind
