CHAPTER 21: SORRY TO BREAK THE NO BOYS OVER RULE

Sanket's POV:

As i saw the note she left, i turned around but as I realised i turned back and went back home. Why do i keep losing my shit? Why wasn't i able to tell her? Ughhh

I picked up the note as i parked the car and went to my room, i sat on my bed and opened the note:

I am really sorry if i went too personal, i never meant that and honestly i shouldn't have said it in the first place, i am really sorry once again

I thought to apologise as well, afterall it was a small thing, i kept the note in my bag and watched vampire diaries, this nerd surely has some impact on me! While binge watching, i dont know when i fell asleep but i woke up to loud clashing and banging, ughh i hate such mornings, but in my home, this is a normal day thing!

I went down stretching to see whats going on and saw Divya trying to cook food, for the first time the mess was because of a different reason ughh!

"What the fuck! Why have you made this mess?" I hold my head looking at all the mess in the kitchen

"I was hungry and mom isnt home" she said as she tried to flip something she cooked from the pan but that also landed on the floor

"You know what, stop trying to act like a chef and maybe we can actually get some food than wastage" i said looking at her failed attempt

"Or if you can get ready and get Aashna for help" she said as she gave up on food

"Go get her and i am gonna eat some cereal for the time being" she said as she poured the milk

"Ugh fine" i groan! What a good morning! I got ready into a tee and sweatpants and drove to her house

Aashna's POV:

"I am gonna go up and take a bath, meanwhile you prepare for your presentation" i side hugged my mom and went upstairs to go take a shower

As i come out of the shower and wear my black crop top and denim shorts, i hear some giggles and as i go downstairs i see none other than Mr Sanket Mehta interacting with my Mom!

"Why are you here?" I ask all of a sudden as i saw him, making both of them aware that i was there

"Oh sweetie, thats not how you greet your friend" my mom said

"Ya right" he added

"Anyways, i came here to borrow her, you know mom isnt home and my sister has made kitchen a mess and i am starving" he said

"Dear, why dont you make him the delicious pancakes here and then leave with him?" My mom said as she got up "i am gonna take a leave, you can take your keys and lock the house" she said as she hugged me

"It was really nice meeting you in person" she said to Sanket

"Oh pleasure is all mine, you dont even look like her mom though" he buttered her "you will be great at the presentation" he said and my mom smiled

Oh no! Why did they two even meet?

He looked at me and i gave him a blank look and he smirked as he said "i am also sorry for coming in all of a sudden, and to break the rule" he said and i was shocked

"What rule?" My mom asked as we went with her to the driveway

"Umm the no boys one" sanket added

"Ohh thats no restriction from my side, for her though..." she said and looked at me

"Anyways we made a special provision for you" my mom smiled and drove
