Harold POV

I rang Annabeth's phone waiting for her to answer, I knew things have gone a bit rocky for us, but no matter what-No matter who got in my way, I will get Annabeth. She didn't pick up so I faced timed her, and she picked up.

"Hey Annabeth, do you wanna hang out later?"

"Sure, who else is invited?"

She wasn't getting the gist, But before I could say anything I saw Percy in the background with no shirt on, then went on to realize that the bottom of Annabeth's shirt was a bit rustled and the buttons of her blouse where a bit undone. Did they have You know what ? I thought "Annabeth's too innocent to have that  at such a young age.

"Uh Just you and me" I said quickly

"What did you say? It glitched out."

"Do you want to hang out?"

"You already asked that and I said who else is invited."

I breathed in.

"Just you and me"

"Ya, sure when?"

She just said yes! Sure I hadn't told her it was a date but I think she got the gist. I knew it, Percy was definitely  mind controlling her somehow. I quickly realized I was still in the face time with her and quickly said,

"Whenever you want, wherever you want."

"Mmm kay' got it what about... Tomorrow? Because the rest of the week I will be busy."

"Awesome"

Then all of a sudden the ground was shacking like crazy, Annabeth yelled

"EARTHQUAKE"

I grabbed the phone and looked closer and the floor where Annabeth stood was little cracks everywhere, but I guess the earthquake only happen near Annabeth's area. She slipped and was about to fall when Percy caught her with one arm. I was suppose to be their for her  not Percy. He quietly mumbled something to her then she proceeded to smile at me and say

"I gotta go! See you tomorrow."

She then hung up right about when I was going to say "Wait what there's an earthquake I'm coming over!". I got my bike and rushed over to Annabeth's house,when I got there It's as if nothing had happen, everyone outside looked like they where just having a walk. Even Annabeth's house looked fine, then out of nowhere the ground started shacking again and everyone around acted as if nothing happened, or as if it was a normal thing that happened. When it stopped I rushed over to the door but it was locked so I started ringing the doorbell. Then I heard a grunt and something crash.

"Who's ringing the door?" Someone said, but it was too far away to hear.

"Probably Harold" I think Annabeth said.

"Why does he always spoil our moments?" Percy said

"We where having a moment?"

"Well I was kissing you, that counts as something right?"

"Correction, I was kissing YOU"

Hearing them made me sick, so I quickly rang the doorbell before they could continue.
