"Beam was ill??" Forth was confused and looked and Phana and Wayo..

Forth knew Beam's friend's won't tell him even if he ask them.. So the only option was Beam's father or sister.. Since Jean is busy with Danny, Forth walked to Jaruji to ask about Beam

"Sir.. I have to ask you something, personally?" Forth walked with Jaruji to a corner

"What is it Forth?" Jaruji saw Forth was worried about something

"Does.. Beam have.. any decease??" Forth

"Ahh.. about that.. He is weak since birth.. Low immunity... Weak heart.. He was born with a hole in the heart" Jaruji signed "it was always difficult taking care of him.. Didn't Jean say all the details to you?" Jaruji wrinkled his brows

Forth just nodded his head even though he doesn't remembering talking about Beam's health

"But was he good enough to be a donor??" Forth

"Yes, don't worry he got his treatment done every... year.. " Jaruji stiffened.. It was as if realisation struck him.. He excused himself and ran to the operation theater..

Jaruji just remembered Beam's treatment costs a lot and he never provided anything for his son.. He never remembered about his son's treatment once his wife was hospitalised..

Once he reached near the theater, he saw Phana and Wayo waiting for Beam... He hid from them.. He now understood why Beam's friend's were against the operation..

'How bad am I to not even remember my son's illness??
Beam would had got his treatment started once he started earning..
Or why else would he agree to be a donor..
Jean would never have done anything that would hurt Beam..'
Jaruji was rushed by different thoughts.. Even though none of them were easing his heart

Forth followed Jaruji and saw the older getting worried.. Forth walked to him and held his shoulder..

"What's the matter?" Forth asked the now worried old man

"Nothing.. Just worried" Jaruji suddenly shook his head.. He was about to tell Forth the truth about skipping Beam's treatment after his mother being hospitalized...

"Just making sure that Beam is fine.. You should now be with Danny and Jean.. I will manage it here" Jaruji found it easy to lie rather than revealing to the others, of how awful father he was to Beam

Forth went to his family and Jaruji waited for Beam to be brought out of the theatre.. After few minutes he saw the doctor coming out, talking to Phana.. Wayo started crying again...
They were sad but also happy.. Jaruji wanted to go near and ask them.. But he waited for Beam to be bought out..

Jaruji waited for hours but Beam was not bought out.. Phana and Wayo have already walked away...

Forth who was eager to know about Beam came near the theatre with his father Darvid.. Forth saw Jaruji was still at the same spot were he was when he left him..

"Mr. Jaruji.. Why are you here? How is Beam" Darvid

"I don't know" Jaruji

"What??" Forth

"What do you mean you don't know? The transplantation was over hours ago" Darvid

"I think there was some complications" Jaruji whispered

"What complications?" Darvid was now sending draggers at his son..

"Beam didn't come out yet.." Jaruji
