Eight years, eight years since I saw my wife, she refused to see me till she get to see our son.. Our baby boy Beam..

I am the reason for all the ruined life's around me..

Only if I enquired Beam what actually happened that fatal night.. Only if I had protected my son..

Jean is still the same.. She till now hates Beam.. She now lives with me.. Forth divorced her when he got to know all her doings..

And my ungrateful daughter claimed for half of his property.. Forth didn't fight for it.. He just gave away his possessions.. The only thing he asked was the full custody of Danny and to never meet him again, which she didn't hesitate to agree

I am the reason for my children's life to be spoiled.. I never could read what's going on in my daughters head.. And I couldn't know how my son felt..

Only if Beam agreed to meet us once.. Everything might get better..

Flashback

8 years back in hospital

"He is here"

We all were excited to meet him.

"He.. " Phana's words were cut.. When suddenly someone rushed opened the door calling for Phana

"Mike" Phana

"The head nurse called me" Mike looked at Phana in disapproving his plan in revealing Beam's whereabouts "You remember the promise Phana"

Head nurse informed Mike about Beam's mother and Mike's instinct said Phana will go loose for Beam's mother

"It's for Beam's mother" Wayo looked at Mike

"Please just let me meet my son" Anne pleaded everyone present in her room

"Am sorry.. I can not allow" Mike

"But, she is his mother" Jaruji

"Am his advocate.. And it states that he is an orphan" Mike

Anne gasped and looked at everyone.. Everyone looked down feeling guilty.. That's when Jean opened her mouth again..

"He is just trying to gain attention like always" Jean

"Get out" Anne whispered, Jean heard it and snored..

"Can we know where Beam is" Darvid asked Mike.. "We won't disturb him"

"Please just once" Bella pleaded

Mike looked around the room.. Phana and Wayo was looked helplessly.. All others were pleading Mike, they just wanted to see Beam once..

"Am sorry.. no.. I can not go against my clients will" Mike signed

"My poor child.." Anne cried "He was tortured" Anne looked at Jaruji and Jean, then looked at Forth and his family "And betrayed" Anne sobbed

"My baby.. I love him.. Please.. Just once" Anne pleaded again "Am his mother.. Please.. Just once"

Mike signed, and shook his head.. "Even if I want to.. I can not, am sorry mam"

Mike was about to walk out of the room, giving Phana and Wayo a warning look..

"Is he fine" Forth stoped Mike "I mean.. Is he okay"

Mike hesitated and looked at Anne.. But was silent and went out of the room..

"Ahhkkk.. My son.. Where is he??.. Please.. Once.. Just once.. I want to just see.. Him..." Anne cried out loud breaking her heart out

Anne tried to get up and walk from her bed and go behind Mike.. But being in coma for all these years.. Didn't help her body..
