Heyy!

After hearing about Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide yesterday, I was completely devastated. I adored him as an actor. And having him gone still feels so unreal. Having been through a low phase in life as well, I know how it feels. I've had suicidal thoughts myself. It had been the most difficult phase of my life. But I had people who I could talk to. And I'll forever be grateful to them. That was also the time around which I started writing and it helped me greatly. Writing had been my escape. And since then, I've never stopped writing. No matter how I feel, I know writing will help me, always.

Our mental health is as important as our physical health. When we give so much importance to our body, why do we fail to prioritize our minds? If something is bothering you, talk about it. You are not weak for talking about your problems and your problems are not invalid. No matter how stupid you think your problem may sound, it is not stupid. And asking for help does not make you weak. You are as important as anyone else on this planet. And your presence means the world to someone. Today, I just want all my readers to know one thing :
If any of y'all ever feel like you have no one to talk to, remember that I'll always be there. You can talk to me about anything and everything and I promise I'll always be here to listen.
I love you guys❤
Y'all mean the world to me❤️
