Chapter 8: Apprehended

    Kim's POV

The next morning we decided to have breakfast in the cabana.
My hair was long and messy and I wore my black blouse. Sun wore her white blouse, Kim Seoun wore a flower printed gown.
Kim Hyun Joong wore a white  t-shirt, same as Min, Kim Sang wore a black shirt which made it rhyme with his long hair packed in a ponytail leaving some hair hanging on the side of his face, while his girlfriend wore a pink gown.
  "I had a goodnight sleep"Soo Jin tried to break the silence.
"Soo Jin stop being a sassy bitch for once" Kim Seoun sounded mean making everyone laugh
"Ahh" Soo Jin gasped in embarrassment, even her boyfriend couldn't help but laugh.
"I'm your girlfriend,stop laughing" She whined
"What?, I had to. Its funny" Kim Sang responded
"I wonder if you even love me at all" Soo Jin said angrily to her boyfriend
  Few moments later, Kim Hyun Joong was smiling.
"Bro why are you smiling?" Kim Sang noticed the grin on his face.
"I'm just happy 'cause I had a great experience last night"Kim Hyun Joong referred to the kiss.
I looked at Kim Seoun but she gave me a signal not to say anything.
"What was it about?" Min got curious
"Patience bro. You'll find out soon enough"Kim Hyun Joong replied
   Suddenly 4 men in black approached our table.
"Kim Joon what are you doing here?" Kim Seoun looked surprised.
"Kimberly Young, we're the KCIA,and we have a warrant to take you in for questioning." He said facing my direction showing me his ID.
I stood up in fear.
"What's my offence?" I asked in a  scared tone
"What is this?" Kim Hyun Joong asked
His colleagues approached me and cuffed me. Min tried to stop them.
"If we're police we would say any comment you say will be used against you but we're not and Min don't stop us, we're doing our job" He said to Min who was beside me.
"Why are you doing this?" Kim Sang asked
"We think she's connected to the kidnap of your cousin"He informed,I noticed Min looking at his brother.
"I'm sorry to spoil your morning" He apologized as they took me away.
"Kim!"Sun called out to me looking worried
"Kim don't worry. We're coming for you!" Kim Seoun exclaimed, I kept on moving tiil i lost sight of them.

Min's POV
   We all went mansion that morning because of the incident that had just happened on the island.
We stayed in the second living room in the mansion.
"We should have known,she looked suspicious right from the beginning"Soo Jin said
"Don't say what you don't know"My brother cautioned her.
"That poor girl, she's still new here, and she's already facing troubles" Kim Seoun said
"We have to speak to Kim Joon" I said
"Why does your ex have to cause trouble everytime we are having a good time" Kim Hyun Joong said as he sat on the sofa in the living room rubbing his forehead.
"I need to get something" I said i headed to my room, Kim Sang followed after. When I got to my room my brother closed the door behind me.
"Who gave out that fake information?" I asked my brother
"Maybe its the security guard" Kim Sang replied
"She doesn't have to pay the price,we need to see Kim Joon" I said to my brother.
   I,Kim Sang and Kim Hyun Joong went to the police station,where she was taken to.We were asked to wait for Kim Joon.We thought he was interrogating Kim.

Kim's POV
  "Let's just make this easy for ourselves, tell me what your relationship is with the kidnappers!" Kim Joon asked me in a loud tone
"I told you already I don't know,I swear" I told him but he still didn't believe me. I rubbed my second arm in fright.
"I was the one who got kidnapped,so how can I be responsible?" I asked him
"You tell me. The security guard said you were just beginning, he said there was more to your schemes,and we're gonna get to the bottom of this"He said turning his face
"He's lying, please. You have to believe me" I pleaded but it wasn't working. He left in the interrogation room out of frustration.

Kim Hyun Joong's POV
Kim Joon approached us finally after minutes of waiting.
"I thought you are KCIA, why did you bring her to a police station" I asked him,I was really furious that he arrested Kim without an means of evidence.
"We have connections, we can't risk letting primary criminals know the location of our headquarters"He said
"Exactly...Come on,she's not a crimimal" Min said to him
"You don't even have evidence"I said to him furiously but in a calm way
"The security guard told us she collaborated with them" He said
"What if he's lying?" Kim Sang protested
"Why would he lie about something this serious, I care about your sister that's why I'm doing this" Kim Joon said to us
"Man she just got here" Kim Sang said to him
"Do this for the love you had for my sister once, that girl in there is not guilty, you need to interrogate him again"Min pleaded

Min's POV
Later that night, I and my brother got to the Dae's empire.
"Who asked you fools to lie?"I said to the men who kidnapped Kim,they worked for me.
"I did" Soo Jin replied as she approached us
"Why?" Kim Sang asked angrily
"Beacause I hate her" Soo Jin responded
"You idiot, you'll blow our cover" I said angrily to her as a moved closer to her position.
"Your foolish jealousy will spoil our plans, or worse, get us in trouble" Kim Sang said to her
"That's exactly why I sent message to the security guard to blame it all on her,so they can stop digging" Soo Jin defended
"That's not your decision to make,i  thought you were stronger than this, you were not trained this way,this only shows weakness"I said grabbing her arm. Kim Sang quickly came in between us to seperate us.
"Look let's not cause more trouble than we already have, next time Soo Jin tell us your plan before doing something stupid,you can tell me.I'm your boyfriend" Kim Sang tried to reason with us
"You weren't acting like my boyfriend when Kim Hyun Joong was making fun of me" Soo Jin said
"Leave that girl alone"I warned her "You should focus on the mission.Kim Sang talk to your girlfriend"I said coldly as I turned to look at the men who kidnapped and had a flashback of when I gave the former security guard the access code to the disable the laser sent a photo of Kim Seoun and Kim together in front of the mansion to them, then I stopped flashbacking.
"You idiots what went wrong?" I said to the one who acted as their leader
"Boss,when you send,photo you no tell us what mission is,and she different face, so we took brown one" He referred to her complexion,he couldn't speak English fluently
"Dumb idiot. You can't even speak English" I insulted him for being bad at his job
"Well now you know the mission, the Don must not find out about this,do I make myself clear?" I warned them
"Ye...yes boss" they all replied with respect.

Kim Hyun Joong's POV
  When we left the police station we went back home, we met Sun in the living room.
"Min,how's she?" Sun looked worried
"We weren't allowed to see her" Kim Sang answered instead
"I'm sure she's fine" Min said as he approached her to embraced her,I felt disgusted, they were related.
"That's disgusting, you're siblings" I said to ruin the moment
"Siblings can't hug each other?" Min responded instead
"I'll be back to take you home,let me get my keys"Min said as he left
"I need to rest too"Kim Sang said and went to his room too leaving me and Sun alone.She was uncomfortable around me and I saw it on her face.
"You don't want me around you?,you know you two can't be together, but I'm still here for you" I told her
"The offer still stands" I added cynically
"I'm fine on my own" She responded trying to sound mature
"Still trying to act mature after all these years, one day Sun, Min will stop loving you and it will be too late because I won't be here" I warned her
"What do you mean?" She looked curious
"I owe you no explanation" I said and left for my room.

Ku Hye Sun's POV
  Min took me home that evening on his bike.
"I'm sorry about your friend" Min tried to sympathize with me
"I know we might have a little misunderstanding but I don't want anything to happen to her.She's like a sister to me" I responded
"Misunderstanding?, about what?" Min asked looking concerned
"Its nothing. She asked about us but I shut her out, I know she's gonna hate me for always doing that to her" I said to Min
"Then don't. Be honest, honesty builds friendship" Min said to me.
I hugged him tightly because i was feeling so down and scared.
"I'm scared for her" I got scared because she's in a foreign land.
"Don't worry,everything will be fine"Min responded releasing me from his embrace.
"I'm sorry about what I said on the island" Min tried to apologise but I stopped him.
"Believe it or not, its the truth,sooner or later we have to move on, Kim Hyun Joong made me realise that today"I said to him.
"Don't let my cousin get to you, he's just happy to see us like this...confused and separated" Min tried to protest.
"Min I'm happy you're my brother for what it's worth,you should be happy too" I said to him smiling
"Of course I am. I could never wished for a sister like you but its difficult to accept,not this way,not after everything we've been through together" He sounded disappointed,I couldn't utter a word.
He hugged me one last time without saying good bye leaving me at the porch. He hopped on his bike wearing his helmet, the spare helmet i used was on the side of his bike. He rode off towards the sunset.
