Chapter 17:Forced feelings

Kim's POV
It was been 2hrs since Kim Joon came rushing to the mansion,waiting up for Kim Seoun.
It was 9pm already.
"Are you sure she left the restaurant?"I asked Kim Joon
"A 100%,she asked me to meet up outside,when I checked out,I finally got outside and found her purse on the floor just at the entrance"He explained worriedly
"Oh Kim Seoun,I hope she's alright"I got scared too but I masked it,I didnt want to worsen his fears
"If only I went after her immediately or didnt come here in the first place maybe...just maybe..."he tried to put the blame on himself but I stopped him
"Hey,don't beat yourself up about it,it wasn't your fault.Kim Seoun is strong,I know she's alright"I tried to calm him down
Suddenly we saw my husband arrive with his cousins
"Why the long faces?"Min asked breaking the awkwardness,Kim Joon didnt want to say anything and I understood
"And where were you?,i've been waiting up all day"I questioned
"We had a late catching up to do with Kim Joon's dad,i'm sure Kim Joon told you that already love"Kim replied instead
"Love?"I was surprised at what he called me,folding and my hands together scoffing at the same time
"You two never answered the question,what happened,where's Kim Seoun?"Kim Sang was pretty blunt
"That's pretty blunt.I...i thought your sister left the restaurant and ordered a cab home"Kim Joon explained
"So where's she?"Min asked
"We don't know"I answered instead,Kim got furious and headed towards Kim Joon dragging him by his collar
"Where's my sister?"He asked growling in anger,we rushed towards towards but no one stopped him,when I noticed that,I touched Kim's shoulder to calm him down
"Kim calm down,Kim Seoun is alright,we just have to believe it, please, violence isn't the solution" I pleaded and I'm glad it worked
He released Kim Joon and tried calling multiple numbers,same as his cousins.
Some minutes passed,the door suddenly opened,we thought it was Kim Seoun
"Soo Jin what are u doing here at this time of the night?"Min asked
"I came to spend the night with my boyfriend of course,what is she doing here,I thought she was married and had a separate home?"Kim Sang kissed her cheek to stop her from talking
"You smell funny,like menthol"I said to her
"What are you?,pregnant?"Soo Jin snapped back at me
"What?,No"I defended
"She's right,you do smell like menthol"Kim Joon said
"Even the detective confirms it"I said to her as she hissed at me and faced her boyfriend
"I'm not a cop Miss Kim,if that's what you mean"Kim Joon said
"Have you forgotten the fact that she's married and you were present at the lauch?"Kim(my husband) said furiously to Kim Joon
"Sorry"Kim Joon quickly apologize
"Let's just focus on finding my sister,she was your fiance"Kim said to him
"You think I don't care?"Kim Joon tried to snap back but Kim ignored him.

Narrator's POV

Kim Joon was actually distracted from a ping on his phone.He swiped it on to check the message,it was Eui Chul
"We found something on the Kim brothers"he read the message in his thoughts but didnt let anyone know

Kim Joon looked up to examine the Kim brothers

Kim Hyun Joong's POV
"Kim Seoun?"My wife asked Kim Joon
"No,its work"Kim Joon gave a nervous respond
"Go take some rest all of you,I'll wait up for her.Hopefully she'll show up"Kim Joon added
"You should,its your fault"Soo Jin lashed out
"Babe,its my sister"Kim Sang said calling her down
"She's like a sister to me too"Soo jin ranted
"Ahem...u wish"Kim said under her breath making Soo Jin feel embarrassed
"I'll i ask the maid to get you something warm to wear,My wife will get something to wear from Kim Seoun's belongings"I said pretending to head upstairs,I was waiting for Kim to say something
"You had to brag"Kim called me out
"Meet me upstairs"I said as I headed upstairs smiling.
2hrs later,it was 11pm,Kim Joon was downstairs working on his phone and Kim was in my sister's room.I entered but didnt close the door completely
"You didnt have to let me use your sister's stuff"Kim said politely enough
"I'm sure she wouldn't mind,she's your friend afterall"I said
"I noticed you had a haircut"She sounded caring for the first time
"You look beautiful with the curls"I complimented her instead
"First,its natural. Second,you never let me go to a salon,home treatment ain't enough"Kim complained
"Instead of complaining,tell me what ever it is you need and I'll do it"I said bluntly to her but she gave no response turning her head away.
"You need to rest,I'm sure my sister is with one of her model friends crashing a pretty expensive club"I said to Kim who was standing and also facing the wall
"We couldn't reach her all night because her purse is with Kim Joon,we have every reason to be worried"i was surprised to see Kim showing concern for my sister
"Its funny,you only met my sister recently and you're so worried about her well being"I confessed
"I just met all of you,well that excludes Sun,I've known Sun since the day I met her.I care about your sister,your brothers,if Soo Jin goes missing I'll definitely be worried no matter how irritating her personality might be,no offence"Kim paused,thinking I might get angry towards her for saying that about my cousin's girlfriend
"None taken"I assured,she stared at me for a second
"As much as I hate your guts,if something happens..."Kim couldn't complete her words,but I understood why. I moved closer,just two steps across her
"I'm your husband after all, I know this is all too sudden...Kim I...I"I didnt know the next thing to do,but to force a kiss on her lips.It felt like I hexed her with a strange charm.
