You were sitting in between Sasha and Armin, because of Sasha's injuries you couldn't help but stare at her in worry

You: if I had gotten there sooner...

Sasha started shivering making you hurriedly scoot over to her

You: Sasha, what's wrong?

Sasha: *shivering* c-cold

You grabbed the blanket you were wearing and draped in over her

Sasha: hey...did you do it? Is Reiner...

You looked shamefully down at the ground before grabbing her hand

You: hey...when we get back...I'll get a nice big piece of meat for you, you worked real hard, so no one can tie you up this time

A weak smile came on her face and she murmured

Sasha: meat

You smiled down at her before looking back over at Armin

You: I almost lost you both

You gently started running your fingers through Armin's hair

You: I'm so glad your okay

You looked down the wall before letting out a deep sigh

You: time to go home

The streets were familiar, it was easy to find your house

You:...

Your house was still halfway up, the door fell down as soon as you touched it but nothing fell down on you

You: my room...

You stepped into your old room and saw your bed still neatly made, exactly how you left it, except it was dust and some debris was on it

You:...

You silently walked around your room, remembering all the things you used to do before you met Armin and the others

You: there has to be something...

You stated moving things around and pressing the floor for any hidden passages or something like that

You: nothing here...

You checked the living room then went towards your father's room

You: papa...

You gently pushed his door open and began looking around

You: if you had something it had to be in here...

To your surprise, there was a secret compartment in his desk

You: huh?

There was a book inside it, it was old and looked like it seen better days, the outside was leather but even that looked like it was falling apart

You: Papa's scout journal?

You opened it and read the first page

Book: Y/n if your reading this, then Levi told you where to find this book, I planned to give this to you myself but I wasn't so sure I'd be alive to do it.

You: Papa...?

Book: Y/n, if some years have passed than you may have noticed that your different than others. Let's say that you heal faster when you get hurt, or your somehow stronger and have some unknown set of skills.

Shock was creeping up on your face as you continued to read
