"You've cheated." Jaxon said, setting down the pool stick.

"Me? A cheater? No. I'm just simply better than you, is all." I said.

But really, I didn't cheat.

"At every game?" He asked suspiciously.

"Most likely." I said flicking the small sphere ball into a hole.

I smirked as Jaxon rolled his eyes.

"I never liked this game anyway." Jaxon said as we walked into the main balcony.

"So have you heard from ehm, what is it, her name?" Jaxon asked looking up at me.

I smiled and looked down from the railings into the garden. "Iman. Her name is Iman."

"I-what?" He asked confused.

"Eeee-mon." I said sounding it out.

"What kind of French name is that?" Jaxon asked tilting his head to the side.

"Well I wouldn't say she's French."

"Can she speak French?"

"Well-yes actually."

"So..."

"So, what?"

"So have you heard from her?" He asked rolling his eyes.

"You confuse me, but as of late, no." I said. She most likely had work today.

It just bothered me that she was working. I didn't want her to work at all.

"So have you made an effort to communicate with her?" He asked.

"I have her number. Of course I've made an effort. Its just-"

Jaxon started laughing. "So you're a prince, and you can't get this woman to be puddy in your hands already? Its like the other way around." Jaxon said putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Nevermind what you said. I love this girl and its going to take patience if I'm going to win her heart." I said getting my point across.

"Brother, that tattoo on your neck is not giving you any justice." Jaxon said referring to the "patience" tattoo That went up the side of my neck.

"Justin, jaxon?" Me and jaxon turned to the direction of the familiar voice.

Victoria was smiling as she approached us. She wore a white sundress, her light brown hair cascading down her shoulders and gold jewelry visible on her.

"O-oh Victoria.." Jaxon said as Victoria and him did a brief hug. "Its been a while." She said smiling at him.

"It has." Jaxon smirked.

"Justin. You're so quiet. Are you not going to greet me?" She asked turning to me.

"Oh sorry. How are you?" I asked hugging her. She smelled really nice. "I'm doing well." She said.

"If I may ask, what brings you here?" I asked as jaxon held an amused smirk on his face.

"Well your mother and father told me I was always welcome. And its been a while since we've caught up. I just wanted to see my friends, is that wrong?" She asked me.

"No, I guess not." I said. This girl makes me raise my eyebrows Sometimes. One moment she's rude and the next, she's all smiles.

She makes me suspicious.
