CHAPTER ONE

"Good morning Deku-kun," Izuku's brunette-haired beta friend, Uraraka Ochako, greeted with a smile as the greenhead entered the classroom.

"Good morning, Uraraka-san," Izuku greeted back with a smile before settling himself down on his seat.

"You're earlier than usual, Midoriya," the black-haired beta and class president, Iida Tenya, said. "Good morning,"

"Good morning, Iida-kun," Izuku greeted before facing forward to greet his childhood friend. "Good morning, Kacchan,"

"SHUT UP AND DIE SHITTY NERD!" replied the blonde alpha.

"S-sorry...!" Izuku yelped.

"You two are lively as usual," a voice said and Izuku turned back, his breath hitching and his heart beating fast.

Standing before him was one of Izuku's best friends and secret crush-- Todoroki Shoto. The stoic teen was one of the few alphas that were in their class aside from Katsuki and Kaminari Denki.

"G-good morning... Todoroki-kun," Izuku greeted bashfully. Gosh, I'm so weird getting flustered around him.

"What are you so angry about so early in the morning?" Shoto asked, turning to Katsuki.

"SHUT UP, HALF AND HALF!"

Shoto clicked his tongue in annoyance.

It was common knowledge that you can never out alphas together in one room as their dominant traits would always kick in, turning a normal room into a battle scene for alphas. However, UA couldn't afford to add any more classes to avoid alpha students being in one room and just hoped the teachers would be able to hold them down.

"U-Uhm... Todoroki-kun, it's fine, really," Izuku said with a smile. He was used to Katsuki yelling and snapping at him-- he had done it ever since they were children, so regardless if Katsuki would keep his aggressive behavior up for the rest of their lives, Izuku wouldn't mind.

Katsuki clicked his tongue in annoyance before he stood up and stomped out of their classroom.

"What's wrong with him?" Tenya asked.

"He's just salty because Kirishima can't go to school today," the black-haired beta, Sero Hanta, butted it.

"Why?" Ochako asked.

"His heat came as soon as he got home from school the other day," Hanta said, "Bakubro's been keeping it at bay the whole weekend-long but he had to go to school today so I think being apart from his omega is making him irritated or something,"

"But isn't he always irritated, to begin with?" the green-haired beta, Asui Tsuyu, asked-- making some of her classmates laugh with her comment.

Izuku, however, just looked at the door where Katsuki went through before he stared out the window-- propping his chin over his hand.

Being an omega had its ups and downs, one unfortunate fact about them is that they experience heats that occurs once in every three months and last for about a week or two. Heats are a natural thing that happens to omegas normally to attract a suitable alpha mate to be their mate for life-- this is also the only time where omegas are capable of getting pregnant.

Once an omega is mated, he or she will experience less painful heats so as long as their alpha takes care of them during their heat just like how Katsuki did with Kirishima Eijiro-- one of Izuku's close friends and Katsuki's now claimed omega. Just a few months ago, Katsuki and Eijiro became Class A's first official couple after they arrived at school and the whole class saw the bite mark at the juncture of Eijiro's neck and shoulder-- it was a symbol that an Omega has been claimed by an Alpha.
