All of us had a cup of whine in our hands. We had our feet dipped in the pool and it was getting late outside. It was around 8:12 pm which meant it was dark.

Jane: shit Elena is it okay if me and Israel stay the night, its to late to get an uber

Elena: uh yeah you can sleep in the basement and its not creepy I promise

Elena: np, hazel can you drive rose back to her house

Mattia: are they gone now?

Elena:no jane and Israel and staying the night because its to late to get an uber

I walk back upstairs and saw that Mateo was already asleep as well as chloe. I smile and crack there door. I turn off the hallway light and me and mattis big light. I turn on the lamp.

Elena: what did you need to talk to me about?

Mattia: can I have friends over?

Elena: ofc why couldnt you

Mattia: im just asking cause like you have a bunch of friends that come over and I really don't have any that can come over

Elena: yeah its my house+do you even have friends

Mattia: duh!

Elena: okay sorry didnt know

Mattia: yeah i have friends

Elena: who?

Mattia:Alejandro,derek,Robert, and roshaun

Elena: only person i know is Alejandro

Mattia: well anyway can they come over tomorrow?

Elena: ofc

Mattia POV
I woke up and it was 5am. alex hadnt cried all night. I walked in his room to make sure he was okay and he was. I walked downstairs to get water and saw Jane.

Mattia: hey

Jane: oh hi. She said with a smile

Mattia: came here for water?

Jane: yeah, you?

Mattia: same

I grabbed a water and she sat on the island.

Jane: you have a beautiful family

Jane: np. If you dont mind me asking what is the hardest thing about being with her?

Mattia: we argue a lot

Jane: well hardest part about being a dad?

Mattia: how much you have to keep up with

Mattia: where they are. What there doing. Keeping them happy. Stuff lile that

Mattia: at first I didnt even know elena had Mateo until we remet at playlist and I git to talk to him, i moved into her house with my girlfriend. She broke up with me and me and elena started to yk go at it and shit like that

Jane: damn thats tuff

Mattia: it all worked out in the end

Jane: so with the whole fighting thing what was the most baddest fight y'all had

Mattia: i dont really remember but prolly one from 4 years ago, I mean we still get into bad fights but thats was the worst one. I said taking a sip of my water

Jane: well its nice talk to you, I'll talk to you later. She said with a smile

I smiled and walked back upstairs. I saw elena was still sleeping and she looked so cute. I kissed her cheek and laid back down next to her. He nails were really pretty prolly my favorite ones.
