Rose POV
I have no idea what is going on. Me and vallyk were just in my room kissing and i hear knocking at my door. Im only 16 and i have to be 18 to take care of them so i wonder why they are with me.

Rose: are you guys okay? I say rocking alex in my arms

The nodded

Rose: do you wanna see you mom tonight?

Chloe: yes pwease

Rose: okay

Elena POV
My eyes flutter open and I see a bright like around my. I look over to my right and I see im in the hospital. I sit up and my face hurted like a fucking bitch. I touch my nose and it had cotton on it.

Nurse: hello ms perez, how are you feeling?

Elena: i feel horrible. What is happening

Nurse: well it seems like you go into an accident. Dont worry nothing to bad happened just a few cuts a bruises that's all. Ill be here to check with you in a min other tan that some officers are going to talk to you

I was so confused. All I remember is seeing Mateo go out the room

Officer: hello how are you. She said "im officer phillips"

Elena: where is my kids?

Officer: well they went to you sister rose house. He said "im officer jake"

Elena: what happened?

O/p: well you got into a fight with Mattia you boyfriend

Elena: he is not my boyfriend

O/j: Okay so who is he to you?

Elena: uh he is my baby daddy

O/j: alr do you remember what the fight was about or how the fight started

Elena: idk

O/p: hm- do you remember getting hit at of some sort?

Elena: listen I dont want to talk about it okay

O/j: that's fine. We understand. Um mattia is in the station getting asked question and stuff. Would you like to sue him for abuse

Elena: no

O/p: Okay. One more thing were you guys intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol?

Elena: no, because I had just got back from the store and when I left he was sleep. When i came back he was eating cereal

O/j: the night before?

Elena: nope we played with our dog bruno all day with the kids

O/p: okay we will talk about this a little later but you have some visitors

Elena: k

I saw mateo and chloe walk in. Rose was hold alex and vallyk was behind her.

m&c: mommy! They said crying

Elena: hi babies. I say giving them a hug as I lifted them on the bed

I hugged them so tight. I felt really guilty and selfish for what i had put them three and little did i know, im not changing my hurt for mattia.

I rubbed there heads and i kissed them.

Elena: im sorry babies. I said as I cried and i whispered in there ears

m&c: its okay. They said rubbing my back

I kissed there cheek and rose walked up to me. I have her a hug and cried on her shoulder

Rose: its okay now. You're safe

Elena: i feel bad. I cried

Rose: dont feel bad what ever that asshole did this time is not your fault

I nodded and I just sat on the hospital all day until I was able to go home. The officers told me mattia would be out of jail in a 3 weeks so that gave me enough time to think about what just happened
