It had been about a week since everyone had met. They rarely talked with each other unless it was about their common interests. It was Christmas Break and of course they were going to make plans. Much to Megan's disagreement, Jena wanted them to make plans all together.

"Megan, its gonna be so awkward if both our friend groups know each other but we never talk,"

"Ok and? I know whats gonna happen if we all meet!"

"You do? Then whats gonna happen? Please tell me!"

"Ugh nevermind. I don't have to tell you," Megan mumbled and started walking up the stairs to her toom.

"WHAT THE HECK, MEGAN!? You can't just yell at me for suggesting something and not tell me why when I explained with very good reasoning! That's not fair!"

"I don't have to explain every detail to you! If I don't want to tell you I don't have to!"

"You're so stubborn! Like it's not even a big deal! It was just a suggestion! If you tell me why then I'll reconsider but if you don't tell me then I don't know what to do!"

"Fine! I don't want to hang out together because I'm working really hard to keep these friends while you walk in the school and attract everyone! And if we all start hanging out then everyone is gonna go to you! And then what about me!?"

By this time Megan was on the verge of tears, as was Jena.

"Thats the reason? What the heck!?"

"See!? You know it's true!"

"But it's not though! I'm sure everything would work fi-"

"And how do you know?"

"Just give it a try and then if things don't work out, we'll keep our separate friend groups. Okay?"

"Ugh, fine," Megan agreed and they both walked to their own rooms.

It was the next day and they had all made plans to have a Christmas-themed sleepover. They were all video-chatting while packing their clothes.

C: Oh my goshhh I'm so excited! AHHHH

M: Me toooo!

A: Guys I saw this game on TikTok we should play. Its where like one person closes their eyes and then theres like two doors. It's hard to explain

A.S: it sounds fun I guess

J: Guyssss should I pack jeans or shorts?

C: Bro are you stupid. Its probably gonna snow. Why would you wear shorts?

J: haha I don't know I wasn't thinking

A: Hey Megan do you know if Destiny is coming or not

M: I think she said she had to go to a birthday party

C: Awwww

J: Dang it

They ended the call about 2 1/2 hours later when everyone was leaving. They were going to meet at the store then ride with Avery to her house.

They arrived relatively at the same time and all got out of their cars for a group hug.

It was pretty cold outside so everyone was dressed warmly.

Jena was wearing an oversized white hoodie that had 'NASA' on the corner and a tiny planet Earth with light blue high-waisted jeans, white converse, and her shoulder length hair in a low side ponytail.

Ashanti was wearing a black and white striped shirt with a fluffy grey jacket, black jeans and navy blue Vans.

Megan wore a long sleeved brown shirt with an oversized grey jacket and dark blue jeans with tennis shoes and her elbow length dirty blonde hair in a ponytail.

Cierra wore an over-sized jean jacket with a long sleeved white turtleneck that had squares cut into the sleeves with high-waisted jeans and white high-top Converse.

Avery had on a pastel pink and white striped top with a fluffy white cardigan with off-white jeans and some white Vans.

"Guys Destiny says she's really sad she couldn't come but she hopes we have fun," Megan announced to which the others aw'ed and said thank you.

"Megann loooook!! They have Harry Potter shortssss and a shirt ahh!" Cierra sqealed dragging Megan behind her.

"I dont have enough to pay for it though."

"Haha I don't either," Cierra laughed.

"Mabye my mom will buy it for you guys," Avery suggested.

"Yeah mabye," Megan replied.

They stayed in the store for a few hours then loaded everything in Avery's car and they drove to her house.

Ooh I'm so excited for the next few chapters :))
