This wasn't supposed to happen, what happened to you wasn't anyone's fault it was your own clumsiness and idiocy that got you into your own death bed. But Shoto had blamed everything on him, why hadn't he been there to protect you when you needed him the most...
Why wasn't he there...
He clutched your cold hand and prayed for you to stay by his side.
A group of strong villains had caused rampage in the city, three agencies had taken care of the villains, one being his agency, and two other agencies, one being yours. He was too caught up in his own battle that he actually forgot that you were there. He sat down as the medics arrived to check if there were any injuries on their side, he relaxed and was poured with compliments and congratulations.
So you could imagine how shocked he was when he saw your bloody and beaten up body being taken to the ambulance.
He was too caught up in his own battle to hear the screams and worse, the loud thud mixed with cracking bones...
"No... No. No. No. No no no... " He mumbled through sharp sobs as he ran towards you, but the pain in his heart when he saw you weren't moving crushed him.
And here we are now...
In a hospital room as cries filled the entire room and some reassurance from Endeavor...
Endeavor had never seen Shoto this messed up before, he admitted that he had abused Shoto and hurt him but he never saw him cry this much for just one girl.
Your quirk was strong, and that's what mattered to Endeavor...
He soon left leaving Shoto, his eyes filled with tears...
"Hey Shoto..." A faint voice said which made Shoto's hope rise, he looked up with a sad smile. "Don't worry, you're safe now-" You cut him off clutching his hand tighter.
"Promise me, you'll live on for me..." You said as sobs mixed with your words, Tears streaming down your face as you touched his cheek.
"No, you have make sure of that." His voice cracked as more tears fell. "Please Shoto-"
And there it was.
You coughed blood, as Shoto called the doctors.
Luckily, they arrived.
Sadly, you died...
All because of Collateral Damage...
