Chapter 7: Chase

I held my breath. I didn't move for a second since I was scared. I closed my eyes shut, pulled myself back in my room, and quickly shutting and locking the window.

After closing it, I quickly grabbed my phone and get out of the room. I quickly took a peek behind me, then immediately regretted it, so I closed the door.

I saw a glowing blue orb, but I'm not sure what it was.

I went downstairs to search for my flashlight taser in the kitchen's cupboards. This could work against animatronics, right? I quickly got it as I saw it.

Okay, now where should I go?! Damn it, I wasn't prepared for this crap!

I don't know if he's gonna come through the door or if he can somehow fit into my bedroom window, so I went near the stairs where I can escape through the door or window, even if the latter seems like an impossible option.

I dialled Mike while I'm at it. "Pick up, gosh darn it!" The other line picked up after I just cursed.

"Oh, what made Ms. Gor-"

"Shut it, your friend Ennie is in here!!

"A'ight, I'm coming." Then he hung up. I'm surprised by how fast he just reacted. But when is he gonna come?!

I tried calling the police next, but the sound of something shattering stopped me.

Thud!

Those footsteps are from upstairs! Don't tell me he really went through the window?!

I dashed to the door. Shoot, the keys! They're upstairs! What a perfect escape plan, (Y/N)!

Thud! Thud! Thud!

I looked behind me and he was already there. I couldn't see in the dark clearly, but I saw the blue orb again. Then I saw two more purple ones.

My vision adjusted in the darkness, and I saw something I wasn't expecting.

I thought it was a robot, not a monster! This is nothing like anything I've ever seen!

I shakily held the flashlight but before I even touch the power button, it swung its left arm at me. I've barely even dodged!

I felt a gust of wind, probably coming from its swing. I'd be crushed if I got hit by that!

I quickly got up from the floor and went upstairs as it's the only place I could go to. I could jump out the window and probably die, but at least I have a chance of living!

That stupid idea just made me laugh, even if my eyes are watery because of fear.

I got back to my bedroom. The window was shattered and the wind was blowing from it. I opened it and looked down from there.

I am not gonna do something like this!

Thud! Thud!

Dang it, (Y/N)! Make a choice, now!!

Thud! Thud!

It's already behind me. I turned around and looked at him. I then remembered my flashlight. I'm not sure if it'll work, but I'll still try! "I still have one last resort, you kn-"

I realized I wasn't holding anything except my phone. Please don't tell me I dropped it in the kitchen...

It lifted its arm, ready to hit me. Looks like I have to jump-!
