Chapter 1: Campus Crush

Eunhye's POV

"Byun Eunhye!!!"

I jumped off my bed and rush towards my older brother.

"Yes, oppa?!" I ask almost in a yell.

"Why are you still sleeping?! Classes will start 30 minutes from now!" My brother yelled at me.

I looked at my digital clock shocked,to my brother that is already wearing his uniform and started rushing towards the bathroom.

"We're going in 15 minutes, quick!" My brother shouted and leaves my room.

Shit! Why do I stayed up late! That stupid homework! My teacher must suffer also! If I'm her boss I'm going to fire her!!!

I rush everything so I finished showering and dressing up in 14 minutes. I hear my brother yelled,

"Sister! I'm going to leave you if you're not going down right now!!!"

I yelled back. "Wait! Almost there!"
I ran downstairs and went to the kitchen and grab a toast before running to my brother's car.

As soon as I click my seatbelt my brother starts driving. I ate the toast on the way and knowing that it will take a few minutes before arriving to school I talk to my brother,

"Oppa, where did appa and eomma go?"

"Tch. You already know where they are." My brother said annoyed.

As always my father is out for a business trip and my mother is with her so called 'family' that I want to curse to the deepest part of the core of the world.

I'm proud of my father because even though mother took a left turn he is always ready to forgive and he always welcomes my eomma in our home. I love the two of them but I love my father more because he is the one who is always there with us when he has no work, that happens only sometimes, but it's ok for me because it's happening more than my eomma will visit us two.

I sighed and just lean to my seat and just focus on the lessons I reviewed for today.

After 10 minutes of driving we arrived at our school and I jumped out of the car because I know the girls will be approaching it. I'm right because after a few steps of walking I heard yellings,

"Baekhie!"

"Baekhyunie~oppa!"

"Baekyun~ah!"

"Baby boy!"

I'm used to it anyway so I'll just walk away to avoid attention, that is always wanted by my brother but not me.

Although we both seek attention I wanted it to come from my friends and family, not to strangers like those girls crowding my brother's car.

I saw my brother bowing to them before running towards his classroom. I smiled knowing that if we're not late he'll spend time chatting with those girls.

My brother is not a player, he never liked it when someone is trying to flirt with him, but he loves talking with her fangirls. He just wants attention but he don't want affairs because he doesn't like breaking hearts. He is 21 but he still don't have a yeojachinku. Maybe because our father taught us not to be a heartbreaker.

I arrived at my room and saw that our teacher is already there. I look at my watch and saw that I'm a minute late.

"Goodmorning sir, sorry I'm late." I bowed to the most handsome teacher in the whole world for me, Mr. Park Jimin.

"Goodmorning Eunhye, it's okay go to your seat now." He commanded and I followed his orders.

I sat beside my bestfriend, Kim Taehyung. He is smiling sweetly at me and I couldn't help but giggle because he's so cute. I suddenly heard mockings from my back,

"Look the two nerds seems to date." One said.

"Tss. Maybe they are already together for a long time." Said another.

"They're a perfect match, a loser and an old lady." Another stated.

I looked down and Taehyung just tried comforting me.

"Stop saying things that is not true, you sluts." A familiar voice said from the front and I immediately looked to that direction.

I was shocked to see Park Chanyeol glaring at them. When he noticed my stare his glare turn to a cute smile. I blushed because of the suddenness of his actions and I looked away.

"That's enough." Mr.Park says before continuing his lesson and I try not to get any attention anymore because I know that those three girls are now giving me death stares.

I started focusing on the lesson Mr. Park is talking about and shook away the things that happened earlier.

"Eunnie!!!" Taehyung whisper shouted at me causing me to fall from my seat and receive unwanted attention again. I sat back to it and fixed my eye glasses befoe glaring at a now laughing Taehyung.

"Mueoseulyo?!"

"I think someone's daydreaming again right now because I'm already talking a thousand words and she's not listening to me." He teased.

I just ignore him because I know that he's going to changed in his annoying mode again.

"Tell me how does it feels when your crush is protecting you?" He teased again and now he is smiling like an idiot.

"You dork! Shut up!" I yelled loudly not paying attention to the one's who heard my shout.

"I'm just asking." He pouted and I giggled because of my bestfriend's cuteness. He's the cutest for me so I can't resist that pout.

I sighed and speak,"Its not like he's protecting me, I think it's just his instinct seeing a person being insulted to help her/him cheer up." I answered not looking at his eyes.

"What if its not? Huh Eunnie?" He teased and I blushed but tried to hide it.

"Tae I know and you know that he is the campus crush of this school and I think he likes girls that is not like me, a nerdy one." I smiled sadly.

"It doesn't matter if the boy is popular and the girl is not if they like each other. Its your life and not theirs." Taehyung cheered up.

"Taehyung it's not right to assume." I stated and he kept quiet for seconds but smiles genuinely at me.

"Eunnie, just always remember that I'm always there to have your back, arraso?"

"Ne." I answered.

"Let's go home now, I'll walk you there." He says before holding my hand.

"Su—" I was cut off by a shout from behind us.

"Eunhye!" Chanyeol shouted from behind and he's running to us.

"Waeyo?" Tae questioned when he stopped in front of us catching his breath.

He scratched the back of his neck. "Can I walk with you?" He asked.
