"Have you seen Sunghoon?"
Jay looked up from his phone, briefly shaking his head before returning his attention back to the device in his hands.
Eunbi bit the inside of her cheek, anxiously pacing back and forth inside Jay's living room. Negative thoughts were dwelling on her mind after she had seen the message and realization struck her immediately after Sunghoon confessed.
What came a few days after the confession...was the accident.
They were planning to go to the movies later that day but Sunghoon hadn't taken notice of her messages or even if he did, he didn't even bother to reply. Eunbi had a gut feeling that there was something wrong.
She needed to find him. She couldn't waste any time.
So she hurriedly asked Jay where he lived and soon after, she stood in front of his house, gently knocking on the door, hoping he was inside. Every minute passing by felt like an hour to her as adrenaline coursed through her veins.
The door swung open a minute later.
Eunbi's eyes brimmed with tears once she saw his miserable state.
