We move along to one room, chatting as his power grows. I then start taking notes and asking questions towards the boys.

"Darkness upon all of Egypt..." I face palm, "Now, who opened that bloody chest?! Open up now." I point towards Henderson and his friend.

"Well we all did, including Burns I think." Henderson opens up, he stand up and comes near me, helping me scatter around for answers.

"How about my buddy Beni?" O'Connell asks looking back towards us.

"That man we keep seeing, right?" I ask, he shyly nods. "He seemed like a coward...no offense.." I raise my hands, to apologize.

"None taken." He states smirking.

"Nah, little guy scrambled out of there, like a bat out of hell. He seemed like the smart one this time." He jokingly says towards me, I roll my eyes and pass a book to Eve.

"We need to grab him, everywhere we went he was there. Think about it." O'Connell raises him brows.

"She right, the girls stay. You three come with me." He signals to follow, I yell annoyed and start to follow him out, as the guys complain, wanting to not go.

"O'Connell I will not be left here like an old bag, you sly fox. I am going and that's final--" He quickly turns around and picks me up, throwing me over his shoulder "You are not in charge! What do you think you are doing!" He keeps a grip by my legs and slams the bedroom doors open. I watch Jonathan do the same with Eve, putting her in another room. "Jonathan! Evelyn! Oh for heavens sake!" I plops me down on the bed, hovering over for a split-second then going. "You!" I run after him as he shuts the door and locks me in. "I told you that I've done this before!!" I scream. I pound on the door hearing footsteps depart, until the main entrance slams close.

I turn my back and angrily kick my suitcase away, only to see my gun bag get hit in the process. I kneel and take out my double-barrel shotguns, replacing them with the pistols on my thighs, I keep the knives in my jacket. I throw my bag onto the bed and I release my ponytail, I sit on the bed and rest my head in my hands. I then sit up while taking a breather, letting my knowledge finally piece together. The book released him, maybe the book can banish him away....makes sense. He's technically already dead, so being able to kill him will be possible if we find maybe a chapter in the book...it can work if he doesn't regenerate.

If he regenerates then....he'll fully be alive and immortal. I lay back on the bed and put my hands behind my head, staring up into the ceiling. Imhotep is after me and the book, it all makes sense. My eyes slowly close as I drift off to sleep, my mind awakens as I feel a dry, boney think on my lips. I slightly open my eyes seeing a man on me, I scream only for it to be muffled. The door to this quarter opens, I kick him away only for him to keep his eyes on O'Connell and Jonathan. I slam into the bed frame as O'Connell speaks.

"Hey! Get your ugly face off of her!" He says upset, Imhotep speaks, unable for me to translate as I slide off the bed, landing face first into the floor. "Hey, look what I got." I hear, I poke my head up as O'Connell brings up the same cat as before, Imhotep yells and turns into sand.

I duck my head, covering my eyes as sand flies everywhere in the room, like a storm hit it. The window slams, making me poke my head up once more. I flop my arms onto the bed and breath out, making my hair fly up. O'Connell squints his eyes towards me, cocking his head up.

"You alright?" He asks, I open my mouth only to hear Jonathan cut me off.

"Honestly, I'm not sure." O'Connell turns around unamused, I roll my eyes and get up from my spot. I sigh and see Eve afraid, slowly moving into my room, I run up to her hugging her tight. I look up at O'Connell as I hug her.

I motion my mouth to say thank you, he nods. I release her from the embrace and move hair out of her face.
