This #worshipsongsunday is a song if been hearing the last few weeks as I watched Churchome services. I thought about the words to this song.
This song about giving God your heart. God's love isn't for a select few or for perfect people. He deserves our full attention. He sets us free from looking only for ourselves. We give him free rein to search our hearts.
God can have my heart. He owns it anyway. Not only my heart but my mind, my soul, my emotions, my dreams, my plans are His forever.
"If you want my heart, you got it, you got it"
We belong to God. Nothing hidden. Even the parts I don't like or try to hide. He can come and consume every room in my heart. We will respond when he calls.
Here's what we can do: "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship." Romans 12:1 ESV
