A cloud slowly got blew away by the mild breeze of the silent night, causing the moonlight to shine upon the ravenette who is dressed in a black long-sleeved dress and with a heavy heart, she forced herself to approach her destination with three small bouquet tightly gripped on her hands, only to fell into her knees. Infront of her stood three graves beside one another, making her realize once again that no matter what she do is that it's already too late but she smiled...
Her eyes were clouded and nobody could read her emotions at all. All anything could see was blank, emotionless cobalt blue eyes staring where those people lays infront of her, even though there was a seemingly bright smile on her face.
No visible wounds adorns her pale skin except for the small thin one on her cheek that seems to be caused by a blade that is already closed to being completely healed, but nothing hurts more than the pain she's been feeling inside ever since that night she lost those three persons from her life.
The same old exact scene replayed itself multiple times in the ravenette's head as if the memories of that night are still haunting her, taking her mind by storm every single time.
Nobody aside from the lost souls in the cemetery could witness as tears slowly formed in her eyes, and one by one they started to fall. Her smile didn't fade though, it wouldn't. It seemed like a barrier to prevent unsaid feelings from pouring out.
She was once a free soul, kind and have a high sense of justice exactly like her beloved parents. She was deemed as an 'angel' by her mother's friend who treated her like her own daughter whom she met during her time as Kuroba Toichi's pupil almost twenty years back when she was just an innocent, pure being but that title eventually changed into 'fallen angel' after that unfortunate event occured. It wasn't anyone's fault but her mother's friend and hers as well as Sharon Vineyard left a scared kid all alone in her hotel room before heading to her target's house, causing the child to follow her like a lost puppy and that's when she witnessed it but she didn't spoke of it as if in denial of her mother's friend's true nature... It still all came to light though when she let the information of how some FBI agents in charged of the case asked her some things slipped before she head back to Japan.
Sumire used to dream to become a police officer who would do everything in her power to protect her country, keeps order, fights crime, and enforces statutes. Although it have been her dream ever since she's a little girl, she got a little affection for writing mysteries as well that she undoubtedly inherited from her father.
Almost all of it crumbled down though the day her mother gave birth to her little brother...
Snapping out of her trail of memories. She sighed deeply, She forced herself off the ground and gently placed the small bouquet of violets infront of each of the graves before she turned away and started to walked away, a neutral expression on her face as usual.
"Vermouth..." She muttered, knowing that the woman she treayed as her second mother is the one who ended the life of the three little angels who've done nothing wrong to deserve such ending.
She fished her phone out of her pocket as she walked to her parked car, immediately changing into a much better suited clothing for the place she'll be heading next.
"What kind of place is this?!" Ran loudly exclaimed, looking around the establishment filled with ladies dressed as bunnies all around the place while her father is literally gawking at the 'view'.
"True to its name." Amuro said, looking around for a mere second before averting his eyes away from the ladies as he sat down a seat away from his beloved sensei across the shrunkened detective and the great detective's daughter.
