Authors note:

Hi everyone, first off thank you all for reading. And I finally chosen someone to play Rose. (Nina Dobrev.)I haven't found out who I want to play the others but let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hope you enjoy.

PS. I kicked a door the other day. Don't do it, it hurts like a bitch.

A sickly sweet crack fills the almost silent air. Slowly my adreneline levels start to go down, but not enough to take away the high feeling I've grown accustom to.

There was something so amazing about it, the adreneline made everything clearer. It was better than the strongest liquor or drug.

"Look Rose, this one thinks he can escape." My mentor mocks at the squirming vampire.

"Damn it Fish, just kill it." I snap, I just wanted to get out of here. It was late and I knew soon the rest of the clan would be here.

"Oh, calm yourself. This one is young, too young to be out here." He retorts.

"I swear if you don't kill that thing, I'm going to kill you." My threat was empty and he knew it.

"Maybe we should start taking vampires to question." He says before cutting off it's head. The smell of blood filled the air, only adding to my adrenaline.

As a child I  was squimish, but now when I was blood, I felt powerful. I didn't feel like the helpless beta's daughter who ran away. I felt like no one could hurt me ever again.

"If we did that the rest of the clan would be able to track us. It's too great of a risk." I state.

"Isn't it always a great risk?"

I was about to retort when I hear a small whimper escape his mouth, right before his body slags forward. Soon the air because repulsive. No longer was it the smell of revenge that filled the air, it was death. He was dead, he didn't have a pulse.

My world was spinning, not being able to comprehend that he was dead.

Dead was the man who taught me how to fight. Dead was the father I found after mine died. Dead was the man who told me to be afraid of my demons, but not let them control me.

A growl erupts through my body. It was blood thirsty and full of rage. My eyes dart around the room, looking for the culprit.

I find him, hidden behind the shadows, crouched low, ready to attack. But I was better, more prepared than anyone could imagine. I could kill him before he could flinch.

With inhuman speed I pin him to the wall before dragging a wooden stake over his skin for a moment. The vampire holds back many wanted whimpers, until I snap his neck.

I wanted to hear the snap again, while I watched all the life drain from him, like it had from Fish.

I couldn't wrap my mind around it, the fact that he was dead. I had watched him die, I looked into his lifeless eyes.

I fall to my knees beside him, refusing to let the tears come out. He'd never want me to cry over him, especially infront of him.

I look into his eyes, waiting to see him blink or even wink, but that doesn't happen.
