Honey Bee (SFW Denki Kaminari X Reader)

It had been a long day to the point all you wanted to do was play games and relax. You quickly got on smiling wide seeing Denki one of your best friends was online playing the game you wanted. You started to load up the game when you get a notification from him asking to join the voice chat. "Hey there Honeybee!" you heard his cheerful voice fill the room. He always made you feel a way that only you knew, no matter the time of day he was always there for you when you needed him the most. "so! we gonna play XXX today?" He asked keeping his cheerful voice. You quickly told him, yes but something in your voice made him worry "What's the wrong Honeybee? you seem down... did something happen today?" His voice went from cheerful to worry within seconds of him speaking. 

You stayed quiet not really wanting to bring it up but knowing how Denki was he would get you to say it. He listened to every word you had to say as he was quiet "You know I can come to see you when you need someone" he said softly "Like... I mean it little Bee.. we haven't been around each other in a while cause of our lives" he sighed "I just want to hug you" he chuckled. You couldn't help but blush to hear him say those things, part of you was happy to know he couldn't see what your face was like and it made you want to squeal. 

The both of you played for hours and never stopped talking to the point you forgot about that day. "You know Bee... I'm happy to have you in my life.. knowing I have such an amazing person to call when I get home... I never feel lonely when I hear or see you" His voice was different like he really had something to say to you but he was holding back. "I was thinking maybe we could hang out... go get food sometimes when we both have free time.. cause ya know training to be a hero and all!" he laughed at himself for what he said in the last part. You couldn't help but smile at how cute he was acting about things and it made your heart flutter even more to the point you wanted to tell him how you felt but you didn't want to at that moment. 

 "Hey Honeybee... I kinda want to say something and I have a feeling you feel the same way as me when it comes to this... But I really like you and I feel that.. well our love is well Electric.. its electric love" he laughed softly "what to cheesy? I bet you hate me now for saying that, don't you... heck, I'd hate me too!" Denki couldn't stop laughing at himself "Man Shinsou won't believe me when I tell him I said that" You couldn't help but laugh with him loving the sound of his laugh more than you should. 

You were happy to hear that he felt the same way as you and that he decided to say it first over you. "I know that times can be hard and you feel like you don't matter... but you really matter to me more than you think... I just don't want you to feel like you are a burden when you should know you are not... I wish that you could see yourself how I see you... No matter what happens you always help me smile and make me feel safe and I want to do that for you the best way I can so I guess what I'm saying is... Will stay by my side and be my love? my permanent HoneyBee?"  You couldn't help but gasps at his words, his words hit you in a place you didn't think you had, It was good to hear someone say. 

You had been struggling with so much to the point you did feel like you were a burden to those around you, that you felt no one wanted to be there for you so you spaced away from and made sure no one really talked to you. Denki always had the right words to say when things weren't going right and somehow the words he said today hit even harder. You agreed to start seeing him knowing things would start to get better for you since you had the best person by your side.

 Something about this felt right and it made you excited to see how the days ahead would go, more how would school and classmates feel knowing you are dating someone from class 1-A of all classes. You felt prideful knowing you had the best person from 1-A that wasn't Deku or Kacchan to be with you on things and you started to look forward to doing things together since you joined 1-B. Playing games with Denki would now be different for the both of you but it was so worth it knowing you had your boyfriend to protect you not only in games but in real life.. the Love you two were about to have really was Electric...
