I was awoken in the morning by something hitting my face. Opening one eye only to find Emiliano looking at me with adorable smile while hitting me with his little fists. I smiled at him still not really aware of my surrounding.
I was so emotionally and physically drained last night that when Xavier told me to lay down and sleep I didn't try to argue with him.
I smiled at Emiliano "Good morning." I whispered making him giggle. Lifting myself slightly I look behind him and saw Xavier still sleeping.
'Poor him.' He must stay awake the whole night while looking after us.
Not wanting to wake him and let him get some rest I got up and took Emiliano with me.
"Let's go out and let your dada sleep okay?" I said to Emiliano.
Going into Emiliano's room I looked around the room just to make sure no one was there then go to change Emiliano's dirty diaper and put him in clean clothes.
After I was done cleaning him I took him into my room and put him on the bed putting pillows around him so that he doesn't fall or somehow escape me. I gave him one of his toys that left from the last time he was playing in my room.
Leaving to the closet to take some clean clothes. Taking them I looked back at Emiliano seeing him still playing I rushed into the bathroom to quickly change and did my business.
After I was done I opened the door of the bathroom to look at Emiliano only to find him in the same position as I left him, not closing the door I walked back into the bathroom and washed my face.
I didn't have time to take a shower and I'm scared to leave Emiliano alone for that long.
After I was finally done with everything I walked back to the baby on the bed. Looking at Emiliano I played a little with him then picked him up and walked downstairs into the kitchen where I was greeted with Moreno, Dante, and Marino.
"Morning. " I said quietly and they snapped their attention to me. Dante was first to jump from his seat and run towards me.
"Are you okay?" He asked as he looked at me, he probably saw bruises on my cheeks and busted lip because he narrowed his eyes at my face muttering curses under his breath.
"I'm fine." I said and he hugged me from the side. I hissed slightly and he immediately pulled away.
"Don't lie to me," He argued looking me in the eyes "you are not fine." He added frowning at me.
I looked down biting my lip thinking what to say to him to convince him that I was okay.
"Don't even try to convince me that you are fine because you are forgetting one key detail." He said and I look at him again slightly tilting my head in confusion. That brought a smirk on his face as he whispered "I know you, tesoro."
