BAKUGO FURROWED HIS brows at Shouto's unwarranted remark. His teeth gritted in anger. He already couldn't stand the bastard, but he had the audacity to accuse him of not being able to protect someone? As if he was weak?

"What the fuck are you talking about?!" He spat at the male. "I'm not her fucking babysitter. Did you even see the crazy son of a bitch that was chasing us?!" Shouto's glare hardened. He regretted not being there to protect you. He should've been there.

"You're trying to be a hero and you can't even protect your classmate? You're pathetic."

Bakugo violently grasped Todoroki's collar in response to the comment, pulling him forward. The tense atmosphere nearly suffocated everyone as both Todoroki and Bakugo exchanged violent scowls. If looks could kill, they would've both been dead. They ignored the protests that came from the others, but you couldn't help but stare in disbelief as the scene that unfolded before you.

"... Let him go, Bakugo." You muttered. Bakugo's eyes widened at your order. Of course you'd defend your boyfriend. That annoyed the shit out of him. He couldn't stand anyone taking this dumbass' side over his. But, he knew you were right. As much as he wanted to kick Shouto's ass, this wasn't the most appropriate time to fight. Bakugo's grip on his collar tightened ever so slightly, before he shoved the bi-haired male away.

"Fuck this, I'm going." With that, he stormed off toward the direction of the camp. As everyone made their way, the smoke began to dissipate, giving you all one less problem to worry about. Bakugo began to lag behind the rest of the group, joined by Tokoyami. It was a silent walk, which was quite awkward at that. Bakugo was completely against the idea of being protected, but of course he had no choice. A sudden scream then pierced through the silence.

"Do you hear that?!" Midoriya piped up. The cry for help echoed closely in distance. It sounded like... Uraraka! You and the group scurried through the bushes to find Uraraka and Tsuyu standing off against a strange looking girl, dressed in a school uniform. She had a gas-mask covering half her face, and she held a large syringe, blood dripping from the tip.

"Uraraka!" Midoriya yelled, rushing to her side. she was clearly injured, a large cut located on her right arm oozing blood. The blonde school-girl let out a sinister giggle, before backing away from the scene. Two more villians then emerged from the darkness. One villain wore a strange outfit that consisted of a top hat, a trench coat, and a mask. One thing was certain; he didn't want anyone to know of his identity. The second villain had piercing blue eyes, raven-colored hair, and dark purple burns that covered a majority of his body. But to all of your surprise— his fingers were wrapped tightly around Bakugo's neck. Nobody had seen this coming.

"Bakugo!" Todoroki screamed, shooting an ice pillar toward the villains. You rushed forward,
your fist engulfing into a bright flame. A large purple smoke began to engulf the three villains, along with Bakugo. It happened within seconds— the smoke engulfing their bodies completely, sending their bodies to a different location, leaving you and Shouto's attack to land within the surrounding trees.

"No..." Midoriya stuttered, collapsing to his knee's. His body had already been beaten down, but witnessing his childhood friend getting kidnapped by major villains had felt like the final blow to him. Uraraka knelt beside him, rubbing his back as he gasped for air. He was having a panic attack. You exchanged worried looks with your classmates, knowing you'd have to report this to the teachers immediately. Who knows if Bakugo would be found unharmed, or even alive.

TWO DAYS HAD passed since the incident at the camping grounds. Fifteen students had been injured, Midoriya was put into a short-lived coma, and Bakugo was still missing. Your classmates had been off, the lack of Bakugo's presence taking a toll on all of the students. Currently, Kirishima had gathered the class in Midoriya's hospital room to announce to a plan he had devised. He wanted to go after the villains that kidnapped Bakugo. As the red-haired male continued on about his rescue-mission, the rest class couldn't help but mutter to themselves.

Yaoyorozu cleared her throat, earning the attention of the class. "I attached a tracking device to one of the villains," She held up a small metal device. "I gave one of these to the teachers, but I created another one in secret. I'll be going along with Kirishima's plan." You stepped forward, raising a hand.

"I'm going, too. There's no way I can stand by after witnessing what happened..." Iida gritted his teeth, pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration.

"This is ridiculous," He spat. "This is the heroes job— we're children. We shouldn't stick our nose where it doesn't belong" Todoroki stepped forward, interrupting Iida's disapproval.

"I'll go. I'll do my best to make sure everyone is safe." Tsuyu let out a surprised gasp.

"If all of you do this, you're going against everything the heroes told us! You'll be just as bad as those villains!" Kirishima ignored her protest, and grasped Midoriya's hand.

"I know you've been through it all, and you're just now recovering— but Bakugo would have done the same for you! He would've gone against the heroes to save you! Please— you have to go!" Denki reached for his shoulder to calm him down, but was quickly brushed off.

"How could I call myself a man— a real hero if I stand by and do nothing?! I'm not going to listen to you all!" He averted his gaze, his fists clenched in frustration. "If anyone wants to join us, we'll meet outside the hospital at nine." With that, Kirishima made his way to the door, slamming it on his way out. The hospital room was left in silence. Nobody was ready for what was to come.

AS NIGHT APPROACHED, you prepared yourself for the rescue mission that was about to take place. You weren't exactly sure who else was coming, but nonetheless, you'd be there. As you made your way to the front of the hospital, you spotted Kirishima, Todoroki, Yaoyorozu, and of course, Midoriya. As you approach them, you could see their expressions filled with uncertainty. Nobody knew the outcome of what was to happen, but the only way you'd find out is to go through with it.

"Wait— hold on," A distant voice called, earning the groups attention. You all turned, meeting none other than Iida's worried gaze.

"Iida ..." Midoriya muttered, "Why are you here?" He looked down, his glasses shadowing his eyes.

"How could you all go and act so recklessly?!" He questioned. "After all of the stupid mistakes I've made... how can you go and do something like this?! We're just students, and UA is already in a bad position as it is ..." Midoriya reached out for Iida's shoulder, but was met with a fist. He stumbled backward into Kirishima's chest, who watched the scene unfold in shock.

"I'm frustrated, too! I'm the class representative— I'm worried about all of our class. Do you understand the consequences that may come with this thoughtless decision?!" Izuku stepped forward once again.

"It isn't thoughtless! We're gone over this plan countless of times..."

Todoroki shook his head. "We don't expect to fight them head-on and win. We've planned to stealth from the very beginning." Kirishima nodded in agreement, followed by Momo.

"Obviously there's a chance that things may go wrong," She spoke, "But that's why I've decided to tag along. I'll stand behind my classmates and protect them no matter what."

"I'll never agree with your perspective..." Iida muttered. "That's why ... I'm joining you."
