First Kara's Fathers name is Zor and El is their family last name
So if Kara gonna marries him, her Kryptonian name will be different which I took Barry's three letters of his name and 2 letters of his last name thus creates Bar-Al that can be Barry's alien name if he wants too. Which you will know later on and for me feels like it's more appropriate than just combining two name words like a Zor-Allen but I still love Zor-Allen
