Chapter 17: Getting Late

I waited for her to come but i know she is always late thats one of the things i love about her...As i get lost in my thoughts i see a portal opening not far from here. I look closer to see who it was... and Star came jumping out of the portal

I started to blush

She looks so beautiful without a dress

She is wearing a short blueberry dark jean with a dark black sweater that looks to big for her but she looks good in anything she wears and noticed her  wait she is wearing white socks... she looks so cute even when she isn't trying her best

But what shocks me is that she is still wearing her horns i gave her... i thought she wouldn't wear it because we broke up...

She came jogging closer to me. She started to blurr out: "Tom i am so sorry i am late and I-"

I interrupted her by holden her hand and pulling her closer to my chest...

She was a breath away...our noses was an inch from touching...

Don't be sorry...Starship...

I leaned closer our...she closed her eyes and i closed mine... "Star...I-

We were interrupted by a deer running between us and almost nocked me off balance...

'As i watch the deer i also saw the sun set...i took Star by the shoulders and turned her around her eye got bright from watching the sun

"Wow...Tom this is-"

"Gorgeous" I interrupt her looking at her...smiling...i forget all the surroundings and only look into her eyes.

Just when i want to take her waist and pull her closer, she took my hand and said: "Its getting late...Whats that thing you wanted to tell me." She said smiling

I almost forgot that i wanted to confess to her but i think i should wait a little more...i don't want to ruin this moment with her and make everything akward...

"No..um actually..the reason i wanted you to come is because i actually really......wanted to see you again" i put on a half smile she looked a little confused but she closed her eyes and smiled, half laughing.

And before i could say anything else, it was dark...the stars and the moon lit up the sky like fireflies...

But Star Butterfly will stay the most beautiful thing i ever saw...

I saw how she looked at the stars in amazed

"Out of all the stars...,she looked at me and i sat down next to her...,you shine the brightest...

There was a twinkle in her eyes...she started to blush and her hearts started to glow

"I should tell compliments more often" i joked and looked at her half smiling like the moon smiling back at us

She gave a little laugh and a playful nudge

It started to get cold, i saw that, that jersey she wore didn't look enough to keep her warm she started to shiver i took off my jacket and put it on her. She looked a little surprised, she first wanted to give it back but i refused rather me then her.

She looked tired i offered to walk her home she told me she can make a portal so it won't give me to much trouble, but i wanted to stay with her longer so i refused.

I saw that she got to tired to walk so i offered her a piggy-back ride on my back. "No Tom i don't want to give you to much to carry i mean my house is already at the other side of town i don't want you to carry me." She said looking a little sad. I told her i insist i didn't want her to collapse of tiredness.

She jumped on my back and i walked her home

*An hour later*

We were almost at her house i noticed she fell asleep

She looked so peaceful. When i got at her house, Marco already was asleep i took her to her bed and covered her in her blankets

I kissed her on the forehead and whisperd "I love you" and i closed the door behind me...

Little did i know that Star was awake...
