"Are you sure you guys have time for this? The agency seems so busy dealing with the bomb threat. Especially Kunikida, he seems so anxious" Sasaki said as she sat from across both you and your brother.

"You've got that right, Kunikida is an insane workhorse" Dazai said

"Get this he spent 2 hours reviewing his notes before going to bed. Osamu and I couldn't even stand that for two minutes~" You spoke.

Unbeknownst to the two of you, Kunkida and Atsushi were already behind you with only Sasaki taking notice to them.

"That's right [Y/n] and I would rather do something much fun before going to bed---" Dazai couldn't even finish when the back of Kunikida's fist hits Dazai's cheek and sent him falling sideways and towards your lap.

Your brother laid on your lap rubbing his cheek as you giggle and look up at the blonde. "We didn't know you were here Kunikida"

The blonde clicks his tongue as he turns away and sat properly in his seat as he spoke "How could the two of you ditch a meeting in an emergency. I guess you two thought it was more important to go on a...date if you could even call it that"

Both you and Dazai smirk as you two decided to tease the blonde.

"Are you jealous of our date~?"

"You can be mine if you want Doppo~"

"No I am and will not!" Kunikida protested as Atsushi sat from across with a deadpan look.

'Yes he is and will let you be his...but I do too' The tiger shifter thought as he looks at you

"Ever since we rescued Sasak, we've been hosting her at our place. She still needs help to ensure her safety and healthy mental state. That's our job too. We're just doing the noble thing for our new friend~" Dazai said.

"Uhuh, Uhuh! She's pretty nice too!" You grin facing Sasaki who happily smiled back at you.

"Both of you are too irresponsible and lazy for such an important task. Don't be ridiculous, besides an attractive woman like her probably has a nice boyfriend for support." Kunikida replies.

"Nice try but I know she's single" Dazai countered. "She broke up with her boyfriend. That's right Kunikida, now's your chance" Dazai encourage as you couldn't help but snicker.

"Listen Dazai, [Y/n], I'm here for one reason. To fill the two of you as both of you skip the emergency meeting this morning." Kunikida said.

You let out a yawn as you lean on to our brother while replying back to the blonde. "Well we already know what's happening. The Azure Messenger planted this bomb with a specific goal to crush our Agency."

"Uhm should I be hearing this?" Sasaki spoke up "It sounds like your discussing highly sensitive information"

"She's right" Atsushi said wondering if this was even allowed.

"Unfortunately the attempt on your life makes you part of this case" Dazai said.

'Really!?' Atsushi thought.

"You can help Sasaki, remind us again what class are you teaching at the university?" You ask as you sat up and look at her.

"Social Psychology" She answers as Dazai smiles.

"That's great, we're having trouble cracking this case. I'd love to hear your expert analysis"

Sasaki thought about it as she then started talking "About the Azure Messenger, it may have something to do with the Azure King. Remember the Azure Flag Terrorist Incident? It could be connected with the situation your dealing with now."

"We were thinking the same thing" You respond as you and Dazai look at each other then back at Sasaki.

"I know it's a stretch but it could be the Azure King himself. We'd think he blew himself up after being cornered by the police, but it's possible that he faked his death and he still wants revenge"
Sasaki concluded.

"Did you guys know that he was a former government official? He set off a bomb on a public facility and issued a manifesto he was targeting killers whose cases had to be drop. And legislators who enrich themselves to corruption through a global scale. He hated criminals who evaded justice." Sasaki finish as Atsushi decided to speak up.

"But if the Azure King is actually alive, why would he attack the Agency when we're on the side of the law?"

"I couldn't tell you" Sasaki answers

"Well the one who backed the Azure King into a corner is Kunikida who located his hideout"

"That means Kunikida is the target of vengeance here"

Both you and Dazai stated looking back at the blonde.

"No the Azure King is long dead, military police confirmed his death with forensic testing. There's no doubt." Kunikida answers.

"Just in case you should stay on your guard until we figure out who the Azure Messenger is and we'll keep hiding Sasaki at our place" Dazai grins.

Kunikida quickly stood up having enough of your brother's shenanigans "Alright that's enough Dazai!"

"What did I/he say?" Both of you ask looking over the blonde who towers the both of you that we're sitting down.

Kunikida quickly grab on to your brother's collar as he then shouted "Do you really think we're dumb enough to just let you keep a lady in your room! And use her personal safety as an excuse!? Not only that! What in the hell are you doing with [Y/n] all night huh!? Have you no shame!?"

"Would you calm down nothing like what your imagining is happening," Dazai said shutting Kunikida up immediately.

"When we first let her stay, she slept on [Y/n]'s room and didn't try anything you can even ask her I was a true gentleman. Concerning my sister, we were only playing games with each other every night. While also trying to find a way to commit double suicide. isn't that right [Y/n]~?"

You nodded your head at this and smile "Yeah and I tell you that Osamu sucks~"

"Not true~!" Dazai said as you stuck your tongue out.

"But I guess [Y/n] is staying in my room for a bit to have Miss Sasaki her privacy" Dazai smirks as he shrugs wanting to push Kunikida's button.

"Yeah and Osamu always moves around the bed every 5 minutes so I just kick him off to the floor"

"Besides that, I knew you would have torent fantasies about what you thought we were doing. And that's funny to me so I didn't correct you." Dazai teased once again while you couldn't help but giggle.

"My my if you wanted a woman in bed with you I wouldn't mind joining you Kunikida~" You tease only for the blonde to turn red and ruffle his hair.

"Can someone please tell me how these three could work together?" Atsushi asks

"I'm no expert but it seems like Kunikida has a little crush on you Sasaki" Dazai states as he questions "Can I ask you what's your ideal type of man?"

"Ideal type of man? Looking for an Ideal type of person seems foolish. But I like a man who has strong moral principles. Someone...who pours his heart and soul to the things he knows are true, no matter what stands in his way" Sasaki said as a soft smile appeared on her face.

You perk up at this as you smile "Oooh~ What a coincidence, that's totally Kunikida~! You guys can take it from here~" You said clasping your hands.

"Shhhhh [Y/n] don't assume you know anything!" Kunikida seethed

"Eh?? But you obviously like her though~" You said as Dazai and Atsushi couldn't help but shake their heads.

'The one he likes is you [Y/n]' The both of them thought wondering how you can be oblivious sometimes.

"Hey~ Would you like to see what imagines he's ideal woman would be like~? It's a fun read." Dazai spoke up as he then handed Kunikida's notebook to Sasaki.

"Hey! Not again you bastard!!" As Kunikida tried to get the book back Dazai held him off as Sasaki continued reading it.

"Wow Kunikida..." Sasaki says trailing off as the blonde stops struggling "Y-Yes?"

"Too much information" Sasaki stated as the blonde deflated beside you making you giggle and pat his head.

Sasaki then looks over to the notebook as her eyes caught something. "Oh? [Y/n] your name is written here" Sasaki pointed.

"Wait really?? Where??" You ask surprised even Dazai and Atsushi.

As you were about to look at why your name was written there, the notebook was quickly snatched and returns back to Kunikida's hands.

"Wha--Hey!! Let me see why my name is written!!" You whine as you tried to take the notebook but Kunikida held it out from your reach.

"Your mistaken only my ideals are written in here." Kunikida said wanting you to forget about you finding out about your name being written in his notebook.

"Sasaki said my name is written there~! Let me see it Doppo!" You pried only for him to tuck it back inside his pocket making you pout.

"I'll find out soon Doppo~!" you sang as Kunikida's ear turn red and turn away from you making you giggle.

Atsushi couldn't help but just sweat and also wonder why your name was written but maybe Kunkida did plan to marry you? Well everyone those including the tiger shifter.

His thoughts were then cut off by his phone who rang. He quickly got it out of his pocket and saw a text message about Ranpo.

"Ranpo's ready to help us! It's time to go!"

The three of you quickly stood up and nodded your heads.
