Y/N'S EYE TWITCHED in annoyance as Luther stood up dismissively. "Didn't you hear what Five just said?" She questioned, trying to calm herself down by trying to breathe in and out.
"Yeah. Yeah I did." Luther replied as he looked at Five, "I heard a 58-year-old man who still wants his daddy to come and fix everything." He sarcastically stated, "Well, you can count me out. It's time we all grew the hell up."
As he walked away, all of his siblings urged him to come back, but he didn't listen to a word they say.
The girl scoffed at him in a way that she thought he was being ridiculous. "Luther, this is not the time to reflect yourself from your daddy issues." She retorted, "We need everybody on this."
"Yeah, well, you always say that. But the next thing we know, you and Five got the job done all by yourselves." Luther argued, turning back at her, "So I don't see why you need help from others." He deadpanned. And just from those words, something inside her snapped. She would've settled down if it she wasn't so tired of everything.
Diego noticed she was fuming from the look she gave Luther. Even Five noticed it. "Wrong move, dude." Diego said.
"First of all, don't go complaining that I always say I need help. You keep on whining about how Dad sent you to that fricking Moon for four years. Do you hear me complain about it? No." Y/N retorted as she slowly walked up to him, "Second, me and Five aren't some robots that get things done easily. We even got beaten up by three men just to get a lead and Diego was also choked by them. You don't need to be an asshole about it. This isn't some dream that's all about you, Luther. It's time you wake the hell up."
Everyone stayed silent after Y/N finished letting all her anger out on him. Besides Vanya, not one of them liked it when she was tested. Whenever she is, she manages to hurt them with words that they didn't even know she could think of.
After realising that her words had been hurtful, she eventually calmed down up to the point where she didn't even care anymore. She realized she had just wasted her breath for nothing. Her voice calmed down as well, "You know what, you're right. Just.." she sighed, "Just do whatever you want."
She felt somehow embarrassed even though there was nothing to be embarrassed about. She wanted to leave and just be alone for even just a minute. So she made an illusion of herself sitting quietly on a chair and turned invisible to get out of the building and sit in the back alley for her to cool her nerves.
Of course, Luther gladly obliged. "I'll see you guys when I see you." He said before running down the stairs. Again, the rest of them, except for Y/N, whined about how he shouldn't be leaving. He saw Diego following him behind, "Save it, Diego." Luther insisted. But his brother wasn't having any of it.
Five jumped in front of him in the middle of the stairs, stopping him from even counting himself out of it, making Luther sigh in frustration. "No one leaves until we figure this out." Number Five persisted. But instead of following his orders, Luther grabbed his collar and threw him aside.
Luckily, the boy was fast enough to warp himself out in the alleyway before he could hit the floor. "Jeez." He let out a sharp exhale as he straightened his blazer, "When did the monkey learn how to fight dirty?"
"When he became even more sensitive about this situation." He suddenly heard Y/N's voice from behind. She was there, sitting on the step with her folded arms sitting on her knees. "How long have you been sitting there?" He asked out of curiosity as he crouched down in front of her.
