i sheepishly step out of his car and stare at the house when i feel a tug on my hair.
"well come on,, no need to be nervous!" he looks down at me and smiles.
we walk into the house that he, sapnap, and george share.
sapnap is sitting on the couch, scrolling threw twitter. but i have no idea where george is. i hear the door shut behind me and suddenly, sapnap looks in our direction & starts sprinting at us.
"OH MY GOSH HI!!!" he grins
"uhm....hello.." i smile nervously
sapnap opens his arms up for a huge hug when
suddenly i feel a huge, heavy arm rest around my shoulders and pull me in.
i look up at dream.
"sorry, sappynappy. she doesn't wanna hug right now. maybe later though!"
he says, dragging me to the couch with him.
"awh." sapnap says as he flops onto the couch.
dream takes me by the shoulders, pulls me aside and sits next to sapnap. making sure to stay between us.
"awwwwh dream i wanna sit by y/n!" sapnap whines.
"yeah, whatever. where's george?" dream says as he scrolls threw netflix.
"umm..i dunno, actually. GOGGYY!!!!"

"dude chill. don't b mad i get more puss then you." i know hes joking but i playfully punch him in the shoulder anyways.

there was silence for a few minutes while we watched some cooking show.
"can i pick a movie??" i look at him all smiley. he looks at me and smiles back. "yeah, sure!" he hands over the remote. "we have netflix, disney plus, hulu,,,,and amazon prime i think." i immediately go to disney plus and put on princess & the frog. it's always been my favorite. "awh come onnn! not a PRINCESS MOVIE!" he teases "stopppp! it's a good movie!! "
"it's a shit movie" he chuckles. i start the movie and a few hours later i somehow i find myself resting my head on his shoulder half asleep while hes playing with my hair.
what time is it? how long have i been stuck like this? what shit tv show are they watching?? as im deep in thought, still pretending to be asleep i feel a pair of eyes on me along with faint whispers. how did i not notice this before?
i feel left out of the conversation so i stretch and rub my eyes. the noise stops. as my eyes adjust, i look around the room. "i'm so sorry, did we wake you up?" says a high pitched voice with an accent. i let out a yawn. "nono, it's fine."
that's not sapnaps or dreams voice-  "you spending the night, princess?" i look up at clay. "oh, no, it's fine! i can walk home-" i go to stand up but clay brings me right back down.
"no way in hell i'm letting you walk around outside by yourself. just stay the night." he turns to george.
"do we have an extra bedroom for her?"
"em...no, i don't believe we do."
dream picks me up.
"you ready for bed yet?"
i yawn "mhm.."
he takes me to his room and tucks me in.
"dream- i can just sleep on the couch it's not a big deal." i say all groggy.
"absolutely not. you're my best friend and a guest!" he finishes tucking me in.
"do you need anything?"
"nope. thank you."
"alrighty....goodnight dumbass." he says, quietly shutting the door behind him.
