The school decided to call it a day when the field trip didn't strictly stick to the planned schedule. Hyunjin was still shaken up from the previous attack, so he headed home, leaving Jisung to walk alone.
It was as if a grey cloud hung around his head. His foul mood lasted longer than usual after his nasty argument with Haru. He's had plenty of disputes before, but this one was different. It was so much more personal, more raw, especially after their lives were on the line.
despite all the shit that went down, the memory of haru's kiss lingered in his mind, and it refused to leave. it's not that jisung wanted to remember, but it also wouldn't stop replaying.

jisung immediately straightened his posture.
"long time no see, han." he raised his sunglasses. "we have some catching up to do."

No matter how extravagant the car's interior was with its cushioned seating and refreshing air conditioning, Jisung was utterly crushed by the suffocating nerves whenever he was in Mr. Jinyoung Park Jr.'s presence.
