After Sapnap talked to George he never talked to him again, he blocked him, George didn't know why but he really didn't care because he didn't value him as much as Dream, then a few days after that George and Dream got together forgetting all about Sapnap, that made him sad then he could ever be. He was never the same after that he didn't stream..
He didn't talk to anyone..
He removed himself from reality, many people were asking where he was but slowly but surely they all forgot about him.

Leaving him out.

Dream's Pov -
After me and George got together I haven't heard from Sapnap lately, neither has George but he didn't seem to care when I asked him about it. Weird..he blocked me on Insta, Twitter, I don't know what's wrong with him but I'll visit him to see what's wrong. He's been like this before and it's escalated way to far now, especially since his past. Hell..he'll probably kill himself,

Sapnap's Pov -
All I've done is lay in my bed and cry, I haven't even ate since..I forgot. honestly I don't care-
The doorbell? I wonder who it is since everybody forgot about me.

"Dream?"
"Sapnap let me in."
"Um, kk."

After Sapnap let Dream in.

"So..why are you here?
Shouldn't u be with your..boyfriend.." He said, he'd tried to be cheerful as he could. He tried to be happy but he just couldn't.
He broke down right in front of Dream, he couldn't hold it in any longer. He almost cried a River, But...

Dream pulled him into a Bear hug, patting his back whispering to him that it'll be ok. He know he didn't deserve this, after all he just went silent he didn't call he didn't text he blocked everyone he knew, but still he got this. It didn't make sense to him but he just embraced it.
3rd Person Pov ish, (also Dream Pov lmao)

"It's ok Nick, I've got you. I'm sorry for not being here for you sooner. I'm so sorry."
Dream apologized over and over to the boy, soon they were just cuddling with each other, they both fell asleep in each other's arms.

Little did they know they had bigger challenges to face.
